34. KFed defenitely has a good chance to get these kids if only for awhile. (until Britney gets her act together and files to get them back) There is no reason Brit's mom should have them when their father is capable of caring for them. The only time grandparents are awarded custody is when both parents are whacked out and as much as we dislike KFed, there's no reason he can't care for his kids right now. They are in no way GREAT parents like some people have stated... but they do seem to be loving parents which is a totally different thing. Britney needs SERIOUS help and the kids need to be with their father. I just hope he doesn't blow it once he gets them.

35. he's a jerk. he should be trying to help her, she is the mother of his kids. but then, we have seen how he treats the mother of his children in the past (leaving whatshername while she was pregnant and not paying any child support).

britney's children are being cared for, britney can afford all the nanny help she needs... kfed should help brit get help and get well for the sake of their kids, and not take any legal action until she is well. that would be the right thing to do.

but instead, he is attacking her when she's most vulnerable. during the time in which she needs to get well. all this is going to do is make things worse for britney and the children, and better for kfed. he's a selfish prick.

36. yeah britney needs help (obviously, she's got some major issues that need to be dealt with) but at least now kevin gets more money like he wanted (if he wasn't seeing dollar signs he'd ask for child support, and get a job... not ask for custody and spousal support)... He should share parenting tips with that howard k. stern guy... Neither Kevin nor Britney are model parents. Not even close.

37. Hey, how come we never see constant pictures of Gwen Stefani or Angelina Jolie out on the scene every night? Hey, Reese Witherspoon is a free woman these days, how come she's not out clubbing and partying in LA every night?

That's easy, it's because they're all at home with their kids. It's rare these days you see a pic of Gwen out and about without Kingston and Angelina is always with Shiloh or Maddox or Zahara. It's possible to be a celebrity and raise a kid in somewhat privacy. Just stop going where the cameras go. Better yet, leave the city and move somewhere quieter.

In Britney's case, though, I think she wants the publicity, but it's all about her and no one else. Britney goes to all the clubs that the paparazzi goes. It's been months since she's been pictured outside with her kids, and there's a picture snapped of her at least once every day. The public has seen more of where her kids were conceived rather than the kids themselves!

I said it before, and I'll say it again; little britney spearsy cut off her hair so she wouldn't have to give a hair sample by court order (which would have shown her longterm drug consumption & abuse). She did this because she wants sole custody of the kids (to avoid having to pay Fed-ex a HUGE monthly child support). Now, because she's acting bizarre, erratic & stupid, she will probably not get full custody. In & out of rehab 2x in 1 week, head shaved, wants to get multiple tatoos, etc. Now Fed-ex will have his attorney attack her for her erratic & bizarre behaviour, saying she's unstable & is an unfit mother; he's looking to jump on the child support gravy train. Due to her idiotic & trailer trash mentality & actions, he may just get it. Serves her right if it happens; she brought it on herself.

42. The main thing these boys need is a parent, not paid help. I think Kevin should get them, as Brit's mom already has a mess on her hands.However, if he's just going to hand them off to a nanny, forget it! Somebody (NOT PAID HELP), step up and love these boys and make them your priority.....no excuses! It's not optional!!!

43. Kevin SHOULD get the kids. Britney DOES NOT need to have those children right now. When is she ever with them? Poor Jayden probably doesn't even know who his mother is anyway. As a mother I couldn't imagine not being around the children at such a young age. There will not be a bond between them. Those poor kids, they are doomed if they stay with Britney. 45. #34, with all due respect, I think your comparison is unfair. All of those women, great moms though they may be, are well over 30. Britney Spears is 25 years old. She's a kid herself. And because of her career and upbringing, she's nowhere near mature enough emotionally to deal with all this. BUT she has the kids now, that won't change. So it's time for her to step up to the plate, get her shit together, and take responsibilty for her actions and her children. All that said, I'm rooting for her to pull through this. On a personal level. I could care less if she ever goes on to perform again, so laong as she and her children are happy and healthy.
