K-Fed -- I Want a Custody Hearing STAT

TMZ has learned that Kevin Federline has asked a judge for an emergency hearing on Thursday to discuss his custody dispute with estranged wife Britney Spears.

A court spokesperson says only K-Fed and his attorney are scheduled to appear before the judge, but adds "anything is possible."

Federline filed papers in November seeking spousal support and sole custody of the couple's children- 5-month-old Jayden James and 17-month-old Sean Preston. As TMZ previously reported, a temporary court order granted the couple joint custody, with Spears having primary physical custody of the boys.

Now, with Spears' recent erratic behavior, coupled with the fact that she's been in and out of rehab twice in the last week, all bets may be off.

has been going on too long,since November. Every day or every few days she
does something worse than she did before.She really doesn't seem like she
cares about those precious little boys. The look on her face in the tatoo parlor
sure looks like she is mentally ill and her actions proves it.

92. I'll be honest to say I have not read all the comments, but the simple truth is this, kfed needs the kids. Britney can not be a mother to them right now. Her own stardom is working against her. There are women who do this all the time, leaving the grandparents to raise the kids, but she is a star and it is seen more. Believe me no judge in his right mind should give the kids to her. At this time in her life she can not be a mother and I would not want her mom raising them, for all her mother wants is money money from kids making it big. I do not care how people word or sugar coat it, her mom is living her own dreams through her kids. I sure hope her sister does not tirn out like her.

95. One thing you have to remember is that Brit is quite literally a 'Gravy Train' for a lot of people. These people can tolerate a pregnancy or two but that is about it.

When push comes to shove they only care about when that train makes another stop near their bank.

Yes, Britney is naive; but I don't think by now she is naive to that fact. She knows she is literally a 'printing press' of money for a lot of people around her.

My guess is that she is sick and tired of being the work horse for the many and in the end, a friend of few.

Her mother I'm sure is already dealing with Jaime's career, and again my guess is that Brittney is lonely, feeling abused by what she thought were freinds, I gigantic pocketbook, and a universe that is wide open to explore as a result.

It is easy to go multi-directional at her point in life which is exactly what she is doing. She needs a wholesome mentor. Not necesarrily someone who is squeaky clean, but rather someone who can infuse some wisdom into her over time. At least that is my take on the matter.

100. I hate to say it but K-Fed should have custody. What the hell happened to Britney? Where is that new baby? As soon as Sean was born we saw him and still see him, the other baby was born and dont see nor hear about him??
She lost it and due to loosing it she may loose her kids.

I am wondering and how sad is this but maybe she is acting this out maybe those children are strapping her down on her crazy wild life. I really don't think she thought being a mother was going to be a full time job having a nanny or not. maybe she wants K-fed to have the children I am sure she loves them but makes going out every night alot more easier when you don't have children at home to worry about..............

102. People were hoping for Britney to get her shit together and make a new cd. Why give up you know she is having a hard time but she need help and support from family and friends. Maybe if the outsiders were out of her business she could finally feel better. For her babies I am sure they are being watched and cared for.... doesnt everyone go through hard times.. esp. when your a pop star?
