Virgie Arthur, Larry Birkhead, and Howard K. Stern are all over at the Broward County Medical Examiner's Office during the lunch break from court proceedings in the Anna Nicole Smith case, "EXTRA" is reporting. The case has been in recess since just after Noon EST, and is not scheduled to be in session until 2.30 PM EST.
Medical Examiner Joshua Perper called directly into the bench this morning to inform the court that the body was in "very good" condition, but repeated his assertion from Tuesday afternoon, that Smith's body is decomposing more rapidly than originally expected. He added that a decision would be better made within the week as to the future disposition of the body, in order to give it a proper burial.

so whats the point of "viewing the body" if that is the reason for all gathering at the Medical Examiners office?...especially if its decomposing, and after lunch...is it for identification purposes or just part of the spectacle of this Judge Judy/Ito wanna be's?
maybe this will bring them together in some sort of bizarre way, and to finally put dannie lynn's best interest at heart...we shall see!!
Funny how Anna's will was faxed days before her death like as if someone.......knew she was going to die soon.
What do we really know about Vergie? Has anyone done a background check...see if she is even suitable of raising a child? Did Anna have any other 'natural' siblings?
This may be what they all need they should look at her laying in there when she needs to be laid to rest by her son.Maybe this will open their eyes!That is IF they are able to veiw her!
This is SOOOOO freaking ridiculous, whatever happened to R.I.P.???! For God's sake, give the woman a break. She's no longer here to defend herself against all of the rumors anyway.
