IN MY OPINION, THEY (THE MARSHALLS) SHOULD HAVE TAKEN OVER THE SCENE AND ASSERTED THEIR RIGHTS, FOR THEIR FATHER'S SAKE AS SHE WAS HIS WIFE, AND IN KEEPING WITH FAMILY "POLITIC'S" SO TO SPEAK, SHE SHOULD BE BURIED WITH HER SON, IN THE MARSHALL'S PLOT.

EVIDENTLY, MS. (ANNA NICOLE SMITH) MARSHALL, WANTED TO BE INCLUDED WITH
THE MARSHALL'S FAMILY, OR WHY WOULD SHE HAVE FROZEN SPERM FROM HIM?
ALSO, I WOULD ALMOST BET THAT THE INFANT, DANIELLE, BELONGS TO MARSHALL.

17. Why does the judge only get upset when HKS is accused of accepting money.
In fact when he was accused, the judge said, well "money is the root of all evil". I would be surprised of a favorable ruling

18. One of the pictures of Anna & her baby that I like the best is the one on People magazine where she looks very natural (almost 40...but natural).

What we usually see of Anna Nicole was not REALLY her -- what we saw were all of the personnas that contributed to "it's expensive to be (Anna Nicole)."

I think Howard helped her to earn the money to be the showperson she wanted to be -- and also helped to shield her from the people like Pierce Marshall who so obviously thought they were superior to her.

Anna Nicole said in a public venue that her mother did not know her and that she did not want anything to do with her.

This judge needs to close this case and let Howard bury Anna's body with Daniel. If such a time comes that the bodies need to be moved to the States...Howard can do that, too.

22. this makes me sick this woman was paid for her grandsons cemetery plot. She lies under oath and gets away with it. If this were you or me we would be put in jail. Instead the judge says be careful the kinds of questions your asking. This id disgusting i dont care if i was drugged up my signature should hold some weight in my burial. The will dont stand and her signature dont stand its a disgrace to america.

She says her whole family will be put in a cemetary together! What a shame! This judge favors the mom! This isn't what it's suppose to be about! This judge is a joker not doubt about it!

25. Liar Liar Pants on Fire! Maybe she hasn't profitted yet on her death but she did after her grandsons death. Some reporters paid for her trip to Bahamas if she would have her pic made at grandsons grave. She didn't know where it was until this was setup. This was several weeks before Anna died. Anna told about it on ET in an interview.
Also she showed up at the house the day after her daughter died and they wouldn't let her in. No telling what she was up to herself. Remember, she is a deputy in the sheriffs office in TX.

28. I still stand by Howard Stern. I think he's been crucified in the public unfairly and people always seem to need a 'bad guy' so they picked Stern.

I believe he is the father whether it's in name only or biologically. He has been there for Dannielynn from the beginning and I haven't seen anything untoward in his relationship with her.

Just because someone is a biological father to Dannielynn, doesn't mean that they know what's best for Anna's body. What a disgrace this courtroom drama is.

29. i promise to never watch this judge if he gets a show of his own.....what he is doing is wrong and i think it should be taken out of his hands. he let Annas mother side step the question of proffiting from this situation, then he jumped the lawyer for the line of questioning and said he wasnt going to let that be a issue in this case.....so what does all of this crap he is going into got to do with ANY of this.
