47. The judge is definately siding with Virgie( hystrionics and all) and he needs to be recused for improper proceedings. He should hav elet Stern's lawyer continue her line of questioning, it shows INTENT. It is a circus lead by one Bozo. Take care of the law and move on! I definately want to know HOW this woman profitted from Daniel and Nicole's death. I wa sgoing through a divorce at the same time Anna was at the courthouse for the Marshall suit. Being a sheriiff and family member, she could have used Anna's visits to Houston to have her put in rehab or under psych evaluations at that time yet she did not.

Anna was doing cocaine as a stripper in Houston. What did she do about that?

I can see why the judge is allowing her outbursts and slander against stern in the courtroom. That is hearsay and not proven.
The woman is desperate and lying. Being an officer of peace DOES NOT make one a decent person. The judge is enamored of her status as a cop.

At this point I'd be filing motions and admittance of evidence left and right. He is unethical as a judge and it is showing!
If this judge gets a TV show I plan on botcotting it.

They also need to admit the California affidavit she signed for Birkhead. It shows she was in cahoots prior to Anna's death.

49. First of all, Anna never could be the same after Daniel died so suddenly. The shock of his death could cause her to go into a complete state of shock. He was the center of her life. Having lost a son myself at the same age, I can testify that for months I did not have any idea what I was doing. I never took a single drug, but could not eat or sleep. Anna had a new baby who needed her, but she could barely function and probably did not sleep or eat either. So if she seemed out of it, it was partially because of her incredible sorrow as well as taking medications to help with the physical and mental anguish she was in. I am also not surprised she had health issues after losing Daniel. That is a very common problem for the most stable of mothers which Anna never was. With a 105 degree temperature, she should have been in the hospital. Fear of the endless publicity that she was in since Daniel died prevented her from going to the hospital and that may have cost her. Thoughts of wanting to be with the dead child are completely normal. I feel very sorry for Anna. she was really tragic.

For someone who did not care for Anna in the past, has made her mother of the year , a great format for the Judge's stupid TV show if he ever gets one. 54. Virgie, the cop, when cornered, will resort to her helpless grandmother persona. She is, infact, a controlling matriarchcal manipulator who will do anything to finally have Anna and her children under her domain. Sterns attorney can not win this contest; only Danielynn's representative can wake this clown judge up and get this case resolved. What a sham (e)!

56. I thought it telling that she choked up, so to speak, offering excuses and justifications, intermingled with her little fantasy world. (Virgie reminds me too much of my own birth Grandmother- one that will LIE to suit her own purposes,- NEVER admitting any wrong doing or any culpability.)- Not to mention the fact when the questions were deceptively simple- yet extremely, exclupatory in nature- DID she profit? Was she profitting THEN? Who was financing her recent travels, and legal fees for this court battle- again, she choked up and clammed up.. Begged to be asked again, whining about being upset.

In all honesty, I don't find Stern particularly trust worthy, and I'm equally as suspicious of Birkhead as well. I think it would be in Dannie Lynn's best interests if she were declared adoptable, and was adopted immediately into a GOOD family, a stable family WITH Morals. It's clear none of these people give a damn about Dannie Lynn...all they care about is the money made off of ANS, even in death- NOT about that little girl! As for the assets/inheritance- if there IS any inheritance TO be had- put it ALL in trust! Then seal ALL the court records surrounding this issue- under a seal, ONLY to be made available to Dannie Lynn after she's old enough to understand, or better yet, an adult!

None of the three parties are fit, and nor do they really give a damn about that baby!!! That's just MY opinion of it...

58. So waht if Howard is only Executor of the Will and not Beneficiary? An Executor gets to claim a fee in the neighbouhood of 10% for execuiting the Will, therefore, if ANS ever does get awarded the 88 milion or more from Marshall's Estate, that will amount to a nice chunk of change for Howard now that his meal ticket is dead!

Anyone that thinks that Howard Stern was controlling and manipulating Anna Nicole and was masterminding her son's death and Anna's death in order to profit should wonder why, if that were true, why didn't he get her to sign a new will before he bumped her off. And it would be pretty stupid to bump off your only meal ticket on the only will existing, (as her son Daniel's Guardian) and then his mother before a new will was drawn up. As that lying ugly sack of texas cowpies accused him of doing as she sat on the stand today. Howard Stern is no dummy, that's why that whole line of b.s. is so unbelievable.

I remember ANS saying many times on her show that her family was a bunch of leeches that only wanted money from her. I think Virgie proves that.

60. I am hoping that most of you posting negative thougths about Vergie are children , thugs , crackheads or hired hands of HKS . Your level of thought processing is so low -- could it be the Mcdonalds trans-fat in your brain or the Carpal tunnel from PS3 or self flagation ?????Whatever the reason let me explain something for you . The woman's daughter just died . Of course she is confused as she is in grief . As to her profiting it does'nt show INTENT as some idiot here stated . This is not a hearing to prove intent --IT IS FoR NEXT OF KIN !! plain and simple . Let her mom profit off Anna -- Everyone else is !! The judge is giving people want they want -- a show !! And in doing so he is getting more info than is to be expected . Why is it that Howard is painted as doing this for no profit and Vergie is slammed for trying to pay the high legal bill ??? Alot of you are idiots that need to go back to school or change your diet to something other than Cherios and Crack .
