47. I can't believe this Judge even sits on the bench...He should be disbarred and ashamed of himself for trying to get his 15 minutes of fame at the expense of a woman that has led a very sad life. He is a joke, just like this whole story. Frankly, I am sick of it. I don't care where Anna is buried, what killed her and why. The only concern should be a baby that will never know her mother and possibly her real father. And anyone making money off of this story should be ashamed. Anna was not married and never expressed her burial wishes in writing, she should go home to her family, blood is blood and family is all you have in this world.

Anyone that thinks that Howard Stern was controlling and manipulating Anna Nicole and was masterminding her son's death and Anna's death in order to profit should wonder why, if that were true, why didn't he get her to sign a new will before he bumped her off. And it would be pretty stupid to bump off your only meal ticket on the only will existing, (as her son Daniel's Guardian) and then his mother before a new will was drawn up. As that lying ugly sack of texas cowpies accused him of doing as she sat on the stand today. Howard Stern is no dummy, that's why that whole line of b.s. is so unbelievable.

I remember ANS saying many times on her show that her family was a bunch of leeches that only wanted money from her. I think Virgie proves that.

49. This judge is an absolute freaking moron, its making me physically sick to listen to him. Anna should be with her son, period - end of story. Who freaking cares where they are laid to rest. She has the plots there in the Bahamas, just let her RIP. For crying out loud, if anyone actually cared about Anna like they say they do, they would just want to end this already and move on. This judge is an a#@!hole who is just trying to get his 15 minutes out of this so he can get a tv show of his own. This could have been decided last week. It's so totally bogus. Be done with this now and then move on to the paternity issue, which is the only thing that anyone should be concerned about now. It's quite obvious that Howard is not Dannielynn's father, any father who knew a child was his without a doubt would be the first one in line to submit to a DNA test to get everyone off his back once and for all. The child is the only thing that matters now, let Anna be with her son and get that child with her rightful father. Let Howard fade into obscurity and lets all be done.

50. This Judge Larry guy is no better than ever other con-artist, flim-flam man, etc. involved in this whole circus. He just wants to be the ringleader of this. The law regarding next-of-kin is pretty clear in this case and even though $tern is the executor of the so-called will, that will has to be proven valid and then probated itself. Anna Nicole was single and the next of kin case law on this is pretty clear.
The whole DNA regarding the baby parentage is also pretty clear-cut and it will ultimately be a Bahamian matter that this judge will have nothing to do with. They will have to go to the Bahamas to get the baby's DNA.

This judge is indeed just grandstanding and getting his 15 minutes of fame just like practically everyone else involved in this whole melee. Its a circus alright, a very sad one that has already been drawn out too long.

I'm suprised the lawyers on all three sides haven't lost total patience with this idiot judge by now and moved to remove him from these proceedings. That whole "Want My Own TV show stunt in the media" should be enough, not to mention this courtroom the last two days.

It's clear that ANS left her family the year HKS came to her life. It's clear that she would get close to people until HKS felt it was too close.

54. So waht if Howard is only Executor of the Will and not Beneficiary? An Executor gets to claim a fee in the neighbouhood of 10% for execuiting the Will, therefore, if ANS ever does get awarded the 88 milion or more from Marshall's Estate, that will amount to a nice chunk of change for Howard now that his meal ticket is dead!
