64. All of you are crazy. Remember this woman gave birth to Anne and regardless if they did not get along when she was alive one should see why. The girl was on drugs and lost in a confused world and it was good her mother did not support that lifestyle. 68. This judge is making a huge mess of this case. All sides can at least console themselves that however he rules there is no many grounds for appeal. Not allowing lawyers to ask questions, not allowing them to register an objection, taking over the questioning of witnesses, and an almost absurd number of off topic and questionable remarks ... and that's not even going into heavier things like his ruling first that he would not probate the will, then interceding and asking questions regarding probate.

If it's true he's trying to get a tv show, he should not even be hearing this case. If he thinks he's going to work in camera with the parties and get them to agree to a compromise, he hasn't paid attention to the facts. Stern will not accept anything less than control of ANS and burial in the Bahamas, because for his legal needs he has to remain there. And Mr. Arthur isn't likely to have gone this far to agree to her daughter being buried in the Bahamas.

What a mess. What a shame. I can't imagine the afternoon session will be any better than the morning. This judge should go.
