Judge Larry Seidlin insisted that his courtroom is not a three-ring affair. "There's no circus here, my friend," he told lawyers, after accusations flew from lawyers and litigants alike that Howard K. Stern and Virgie Arthur are profiting from Anna Nicole Smith's death.

In tearful, emotional testimony, Virgie Arthur said that Howard K. Stern profited from Anna's death.

Under direct cross-examination, Arthur said that she has not received any money from any paparazzi agencies for photo or video.

91. I don't trust Stern as far as I can spit.
Anna supported him financially and everyone who worked around Nicole would tell you that after they were done working with her Stern would order them to leave. He's a snake as far as I can see and I have doubts he's the father.

93. Virgie only got emotional when she got busted for lying, I hope charges are being filed for that . Larry need a comb. and he looks like he's on drugs and if all that went on while he was around he enable Anna too. him and his dummy big mouth layer shouldn't been allowed in that court room. and I hope the people that broke into Howard and Anna's house goes to jail for being low lifes for going through her stuff and selling things. and giving Larry stuff of their's . they weren't her friends at all. I feel that the Jugde is a jerk and a COWARD, He should have gave Anna to Howard or Anna's lawyer they would have taken Anna back home to her son already. Virgie is doing this out of pay back, not love. Now we all can see why Anna stay away from her and her so called family. Did everyone hear from Anna on a tape about her brother raped her and her sister?and her mother knew it and did nothing ? did I hear that right?
