This would all be fine and dandy if you could honestly state that she was in her right MIND - her behavior in public has lead people to believe that she was not in control - this was not virgies doing! Before signing all legal documents (to protect people) you are asked if you know what you are signing and if you are of sound mind.

So should i give your mamma or pappa drugs - have them sign there estate over and say oh well thats what your mamma and pappa wanted?

No you would go to the courts and state they weren't in their right minds....

213. I still say Howard may be in it for the money but why are they attacking him. Come on people he's a lawyer. Why would he do anything to her before they were officially married? That would be dumb. If he had of waited until they were married none of this would even be an issue. So he didn't do anything to her or he's just dumb.

215. Her mother took money after Daniel died. The media is paying her way and they went with her to see Anna's body. I still say, you go on tv and accuse your daughter of killing your grandson is insane. I just wish there was one party that really cared for the baby or Anna without worrying about how much money they could get.

220. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$, that's all this is about for EVERYONE!

It all started w/Anna being money hungry (marrying the old man and going after his billions), then of course her family probably asked Anna for $ once she started becoming more successful (so what...dont most want to help their famlies?) and last but not least HS jumped in on the band wagon! I honestly don't think Anna gave her family any $ (even when she could have helped them out). I think Anna was stingy w/her $, almost like she was the only one who could exploit herself in order to make $. So what if her mother went on TV, talked about how her daughter was a drug addict...SHE WAS!!!...then got paid for it. HS and ANS got paid for a lot worse than what Anna's mother did.


It's too bad HS doesn't realize that his payback for all of his sins so far will be when he wants to join Daniel and Anna (on the other side) and he will end up having to go in another direction.

221. #216 = Loving mother ~ ??? please. I'd hate to be your child if this is the way to talk about another mother and grandmother that you do not know and have no right to judge.
Anna was a drug addict, tramp, etc.....it's okay for her to cry over the loss of her son, why then shouldn't Vergie be believed and felt sorry for when she cries over the loss of her daughter and grandson. Shame on you!

222. I wonder if it is ruled that Anna be buried in Texas they can bring her son from the Bahama's over to be buried with her?

My opinion and gut feeling tell me:
ANNA was a drug addict. I have known friends who have had children steal from them. lie,people have given up family to be able to do drugs it is not so unbelievable that is what ANNA did. That being said. I sure smell a rat. Not one time in all this did you ever see Mr. Stern pleading for Anna to get herself cleaned up. CHecking into rehab. Forming and intervention for her. Who cares if he did not like her family they all could have done this for her and the baby. When she was wearing that make-up crap on her face and laughing asking if it were a mushroom trip? C'mon! She was pregnant and trippin on shrooms and he's standing there smirking asking what she is on and saying that it was going to be worth a lot of money????? HMMMMM??? Lets see someone I supposedly love is in that same position and I would take her to the hospital to check her and the baby. I feel bad she has died. She was a person with many demons as far as alcohol is concerned. However she put herself first before her children by doing all those drugs. That child belongs with CPS.
Larry Birkhead seems like he wants to do the right thing. Howard Stern was not going to let anyone or anything take Anna from him. I just can't beleive he still has that baby. What the hell is wrong with the judicial system??? If all those illegal drugs have been found in his and annas house then that makes him unfit right there to care for dannilynn.

223. # 69 - I remember that episode, and I remember that Anna took that girl out and bought her a pretty dress and got her hair done and the heifer turned around and got drunk , acted like a tramp and made a complete ass out of herself. She also made it very clear that it would be VERY nice (HINT HINT) if Anna would pay for the teeth she didn't have. So some of the statements on the footage that was shown in the coutroom was true, her family tried to get as much off her (Anna) as they could. I think Larry Birkhead is a spineless rotten piece of flesh after watching him on the stand today ---- knowing that Anna was pregnant with his (?)child and taking drugs, she was probably unable to deal with life in general, he LEFT her with HOWARD who give her all the drugs she wanted AND according to him the only thing they fought about later was some personal jewerly he left at her house. He didn't try to fight for her, didn't try to intervene, didn't do a damn thing for her other than file for paternity when he figures out that maybe he can get some of the money from the possible settlement from Mr Marshall. Sorry
little bastard. He's worse than Howard if you ask me. He's in cahoots with the old lady and if she gets Anna, she will turn on on him like the bitch viper she is. I hope they all have BAD BAD karma.

225. This women needs to go home....she is just reliving her life threw her daughter. As everyone seen she has had her hair done over the weekend to be the same color as Anna's and all she talked about on stand is how her and Anna used to get there hair and nails done blah blah blah...Ms Arthur could hardly answer a single question today when Howard's lawyer asked her questions clear questions but when asked by other lawyer's or the judge she could comprehend them. Come on Anna was very clear in her video's and by other's ...no hear say about it....Anna has no connection towards her mother in years....Just let this all go and bury this young lady with her son its clear this is where her home was going to be for a new start without media ...second chance if you will.....as for drugs and Anna anyone can see Anna was out of control as a teen being that is was abuse from home or just didn't want disapline.....why else would her mother send her to an Aunt's cause she was hanging with wrong crowd....but Ms. Arthur couldn't wait to take Anna back when little Daniel was born and raise her child....Smartest thing Anna did was get the little boy away from the controlling women. So sad to see what money does to people..
