228. Virgie, doesn't have a motherly bone in her body. All she cares about is herself, the money, and being right. I can't believe the media isn't coming down harder on her. What kind of mother accuses her daughter of killing her grandson and then declares how much she loves her and wants to take her body "home." I think Anna Nicole was smarter then most people give her credit. She could see (even as a young girl) what a sorry mother she was delt and did "everything" in her power to get and stay away from her.

Virgie doesn't give a crap about Anna Nicole's feelings. Anyone with common sense can see that she wanted to be laid to rest with her son.

Why don't you guys give Howard K. Stern a rest and do a little investigative reporting on how Anna Nicole was treated by her mother when she was a child.

229. What more has to be said to prove that Anna wanted nothing to do with this woman? You can see from her testimony today she is a greedy, evil, liar! She thinks she is slick by changing the subject and then saying "please help us". She is a piece of work! I pray she doesn't get near that baby! What people can't seem to get is that yes, Anna may have had drug problems, but where was her mother when she needed her? Sounds like her mother turned her back on Anna. Now she wants the publicity, fame and money that Anna earned. She is a lousy actress, and needs to let Anna rest in peace and be laid to rest where she wanted, with her son in the Bahamas.

231. During Testimony, Virgie stated that she went to a Cemetery to visit her Grandson Daniel for his birthday. She was told that the Cemetery was requested not to divulge any information regarding Daniel, due to private request's. Eventually she was led to a Headstone with NO Name on it, which had a bouquet of Flower's from Larry Birkhead. Is Daniel ACTUALLY Buried there?
Is the Cemetery covering itself legally by having an Un-Marked Grave with no body in it? Why was Virgie, and Anna's Relatives not allowed to be at the Funeral? Daniel was not a Legal Citizen in the Bahama's, nor was his Mother, or Howard Stearn. They did not OWN Property valued over $500,000 as required. Howard probably knew that the Law in the Bahama's accept's whoever's name is written on a Birth Certificate to be Valid without a DNA Test.

232. As a practicing attorney, this proceeding in Broward County is the singlemost bizarre hearing I have seen.
I cannot fathom any attorney behaving like Stern's attorney nor any attorney allowing this clown of a judge to call him "Texas".

As for Howard Stern, a California State Bar member, I sincerely hope that he is disbarred for his conduct which would include at the very least "undue influence" and at the worst, outright theft of his client. He should be in prison and I believe the State Bar will act.

Give the mother the body; order DNA tests YESTERDAY and end this spectacle.

236. First of all, Anna and Howard were in the Bahamas illegally. Therefore, now that Anna is dead, Howard has no means of support and will be kicked off the islands before long.

Second, the house that Howard keeps saying was broken into is not his house. He's a squatter. In fact, it never was Anna's house. She never followed through on the purchase.

Third, Howard has not made millions. He was a very lousy attorney who saw a pontential meal ticket when he met Anna, a very naive Texas gal whom he could easily manipulate. You'll also remember he left his failing law practice when it looked like Anna was going to get millions from J. Howard Marshall's estate. Now that his meal ticket has suddenly and unexpectedly died his only hope is to be the child's father. So he researched it and learned the Bahamas was his best bet for being "declared" the father. Then he manipulated Anna and talked her into going there once he learned Anna's friend owned a home there worth the required $500,000 needed to establish residence. (And if anyone doesn't think he controlled Anna through drug use I've got a bridge to sell you.) I also don'[t believe for a minute that "will" is legitimate. That thing's as bogus as Howard Stern's law practice. But, if he can be executor and control Anna's baby the way he controlled her, he still has a shot at the millions the estate stands to gain from the Marshall family. However, I think he knows all the estate will get is half of whatever Mr. Marshall earned while they were married which is about a million dollars. And old Howard knows 6% of that ain't enough. So, if he controls Anna's likeness and her daughter, he stands to make out like a bandit. The guy is scum.

Finally, I believe Vergie tried to stay in contact with Anna and did until Howard started supplying her with drugs. If Vergie got some money for air fare, more power to her.

As for the baby, she'll end up with her real father as soon as Howard is kicked off the islands and heads back to California.

As for the judge, he's been trying to get his own TV show for several years and he's now found a way to "audition". And I'm afraid his ruling is going to be a joke, whatever it is. I think the body, by Florida law, should be turned over to the next of kin, which is Vergie since the Anna's daughter is under 18 years of age. Howard knows this and that's why he brought this legal action against Vergie. And isn't it interesting that as soon as he learned Anna was dead he took the baby and high tailed it back to the Bahamas.

As a mother of two, I cannot imagine selling any pictures/story to someplace like Splash that is showing the CPR ambulance video, nor could I imagine not letting my child be buried where they clearly wanted to be. The Baby is most likely not going to be able to claim any of the Marshall fortune and like Stern or not he is who Anna wanted to raise the child or she would have not put his name on the birth certificate in the first place. I am not sure Larry would be a better dad for this child either, after all, he earns his living selling celebrity pictures! Perfect position to get the max expoliotation cash out of this poor kid. As to the judge nicknaming "Texas" etc...why should this bother anyone when we have a President who nicknames the past head of Homeland Security "Brownie" and calls the White House chef "cookie"? Also, even IF Anna was not owner of house, it is still a theft. Being the owner of a property does not give you the right to bardge in and take even a "squatter's" possessions....legally it is still theft. Anna was so desperate as a teen to do whatever it took to get out of her circumstances...she was a self-made person and you have to respect that. It is sad to see her white trash birth mother coming out of the woodwork under what appears to be the influence of Larry and his gang like a vulture to pick her daughter's bones clean. Anna did not have a relationship with her for a reason...one that should now be clear to all.

238. ET was on Larry King, the producer saying they did not pay Stern for the interviews.
Vergie needs to go back to Texas, she did not care about her daughter, if she did she would have tried to see her or her son before now, if she could make her way to the gravesite of her grandson with the media's help, she could of made her way to see him before he died, I don't think he wanted to see her.
She is in it for the money, and if Stern is in it for the money, maybe, but I do think he really did Love Anna
