32. ANGl - you are correct. The Bahamas does NOT have to comply. They have already said that as far as they are concerned, the baby belongs to Stern.

That may end up coming back to bite them in their asses however, the bad press they've received thus far is going to be very damaging to their image.

Someone needs to "eliminate" Howard K. Stern.

That sorry worthless piece of crap, Koward the pimp, has already taken a paternity test on his own and knows damned well that baby is NOT his. Koward is NOT a resident in the Bahamas and will be kicked out of that country very soon.

35. Someone help me out here...Did vergie state that NOONE had visited ANS since she moved to cali? Well wasn't there an episode on the ANS show that had one of her scummy cousins came down? They went to a steakhouse..and the scummy talked about her teeth? Anyone remember?

ANS profiting off of her son's death...So be it..it was HER son, she was there ALL the time for him. if Vergie had been around ANS, I'd probably view it differently.

If the "circus" keeps up..isn't this judge setting himself up for his ruling to be appealed (which I truly think will happen anyway..there is NO way to please this many people that are so on opposite sides of the table IMO.

36. If Virgie truly loved her daughter then she should have done everything in her power to show that love even when it was not reciprocated. And she should have taken steps to show her desire to rebuild their relationship at some point when Anna was ready. She should not have gone on national tv and smeared her name and attacked her. That's not a mother's love!

Also, the deal with ET and HKS was in the works, and I believe, agreed with Anna and HKS before her death...that is why they have the footage of her last interview, they were doing a week long thing and it just so happened that Anna passed away that week as well...so, this is not something that he decided AFTER her death.

38. When it comes down to it....who cares. I think everyone who is involved with this situation who can benefit from it will. Did they ask Howard Stern that question? I think of all people he will/does benefit the most.

The bottom line is....this is Anna's mother. You have to be a mother to understand that once you give birth to a child, no matter what the child does, that is your child. This is a child that a mother brought into this world and wants to lay to rest. I can understand her wanted control of the body. That is her child.

On the same token I see why Anna should be laid to rest with her son. That too is her child that she brought into this world. I just wish the parties could get together and come to an agreement. Give control of the body to the mother and have her buried next to her son.

It is a shame that they are in the Bahamas because that is not where Anna was a celebrity. If there are other people both family and "fans" that want to pay respect to her...they cannot just travel to the Bahamas.
