93. Virgie is lying through her teeth. She could care less about Anna or her grandson. All she cares about is the money that she can make off her daughter and grandson's name. Also if she gets any rights to that little girl we can only imagine what that child will go through considering what Anna was put through as a child. I just watched her mother, step-father,aunt and cousin on Dr. Keith and that was taped before Anna died. And she didn't have too many nice things to say about her daughter. All about the MONEYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!! The judge should throw them out and let Anna be buried with her son......where she obviousally wants to be buried. This is all just a publicity thing for Virgie and Larry.

95. Virgie is a good woman. Stern is the animal in all this. If he had nothing to hide the DNA would have been taken back in Oct 06 when Birkhead first requested it.
Stern is in it for the money and nothing else. He let ANS die from drug overdose - he provided the drugs for her - he taped her in the clown face make-up and it is HE who made the comment about the money the video was worth.
Stern proved yesterday he failed to protect ANS's estate, he was a lousy Attorney for Anna, only serving himself.
So what if she got money for the interview- HKS has made MILLIONS pimping and allowing Anna to make a fool of herself for years. Dumb blonde is one thing-DRUGGED OUT Dumb Blonde sells as "humor" in our sick society.
Get real people, any money Virgie may have made is being spent for the legal actions and related expenses. More power to her.
Stern will be a Pariah (like OJ) but with more money when this whole deal is said and done. Hopefully the Baby will be placed with the real father so she can have the love and quality of life she deserves.
Surely many of you have knowledge of how painful and difficult it is to get a child off drugs. It's tenfold the pain and diffficulty when they are an adult.
I'm sure Anna didnt have time for Daniel while she was building her career, and it was best for him to be with his grandmother.

98. Even if Mom got paid $12k that's nothing compared to the $$$ million $$$$ HKS got for the ET interviews. HKS has milked ANS all these years. Her mother has not. HKS even wanted to make money on that video of the drugged up ANS that was made 2 weeks before the birth of Dannielynn. The real gold digger is HHS not the mother.

99. how sad & tragic that the parties involved never came together with the same intensity to save Ms. Smith from herself. i concur that hs indeed supplied and enabled her addiction.
but is deeply suspicious that both an & her son had methadone in their systems and that hs had a scrip for the drug.
its ugly & will only get worse before it gets better.

102. i can't believe all of the mean things that some are saying here about the mother. she is not the one who has been living off of anna over the years. she is not the one who got her and her son methodone. she is not the one recieving 1 million dollars from et. the mom worked for 20+ years as a cop she didn't ask anna for anything. howard on the other hand has done all of this and more. who can make a money deal with et a couple of days after their "spouse" dies? a lying, cheating,stealing,money groobing, big nosed howard! i hope mom did get $12,000 at least that is money that eagle beak won't get. my god if he has this child any longer he will sell her. he is after one thing and one thing only and that is money. i agree with the judge i think that anyone who recieves money from her death, a foundation should be set up and all of the money goes into that for charity. bet old eagle beak wouldn't go for that!!!

We all come from different backgrounds and lifestyles. Because I am a PA , I happen to have witnessed first hand HKS' addictions. Do not let his " nice Jewish boy" personna fool you. Howard is a cold, calculating addict. True him and ANS were co-dependants in many ways, however nothing will ever convince me Stern has an ounce of goodness in his black heart. I feel the same way about ANS.

I sympathize with Virgie Arthur, Larry Birkhead and even Sterns family. These people are all victims of ANS and HKS.

Nothing will ever convince me that Stern could possibly love Anna or that unborn child in the Clown video

104. End the circus now. Bury ANS in the Bahamas & let her & her son rest in peace. Get the peternity tests done now. Dannielyn should be with her father, whever that may be. This is becoming a 3 ring circus. What a way to remember ANS. Get a new judge, this should have take 2 hours with deficitions in place.

105. A few things are coming clear:

#1 - The ANS funeral is being pre-sold and all parties are fighting for the body. NO BODY - NO BOOTY. HKS & her mother are both guilty of this.

#2 - Regardless of ANS faults she should be buried with her son either in Texas or the Bahamas.

#3 - Birkhead should be declared the "father" by DNA but custody should be determined by a court appointed guardian.

#4 - The ANS estate including all money earned by HKS by pimping her should be subject to an audit and made into a trust fund for the baby, minus a "reasonable" amount for HKS based on standard atty's fees.

#5 - If legally possible some type of court injunction should be sought by ANS/baby estate prohibiting anyone to profit off ANS image and or funeral. Priscilla Presley did this for Elvis.

Take the money aspect out of this and nobody would give a sh*t.
