151. RE: Date on Fax

Please people, think about this. Why on earth would an attorney, frequently working out of his home have the date set incorrectly on his fax machine. Especially, since an attorney (or any business person, other than Stern) recognizes the importance of dates and details.

Also, my home office fax machine automatically programs the date and time, even if the power is out for days - it is called technology. Most machines only require the country and/or time zone; I am assuming the attorney and his wife know where they live.

Truly, I do not intend to sound superior or belittle anyone; however the ONLY
mistake(s) which were made are those Stern miscalculated.

HELLO........Does anyone involved in this ridiculous case ( which is stemmed from a personal agenda by everyone involved) remember that there is a beautiful, bigger than life woman laying in a morgue, surrounded by strangers, who are ogling at her body everyday, ROTTING AWAY? If there was anything that was clear about Anna Nicole...it was how she felt about her son. SO, why wouldn't you people suck up your selfishness and give her some respect....before her body is too decomposed to look at....and put her to rest with her son like she would want. It saddens me to know that the people who say they love her the most, can't even give her the dignity of a burial with her beauty still in tact. YOU SHOULD ALL BE ASHAMED!!!!! By the way, HKS, be mature for once and do the right thing...provide a DNA test.....that little girl has the RIGHT to know who she really is, no matter how it makes you feel. Sometimes life is about somebody else.

Howard, if you're reading TMZ, I want you to know that there are people out here who aren't against you or trying to scapegoat you.

This trial is ridiculous, not to mention biased.

The Judge allowed "Vergie/Grandma" and "Larry" to talk freely, and yet would only allow "Mr. Stern" to answer questions with a yes or no. I would have objected in the same manner Howard did if I were treated in such an obviously unfair manner.

He was extremely honest when talking about his living situation with Anna Nicole. It was untraditional. Anna Nicole, a female, paid his way for everything since 2002/2003. So what?

I'm not going to comment on the drug abuse because I agree with Howard and Dannielynn's Guardian ad Litem. It's none of my business. Do I wish someone had gotten to Anna Nicole and helped her overcome her addictions. Yes. End of story.

I don't know what went on behind the closed doors of the lives of the people in this situation, but we all make our own beds.

It's ridiculous to assume Howard had a forceful hand in Anna Nicole or Daniel's deaths. Putting all compassionate arguments aside, let's just ask logically ...why would he murder Anne Nicole before their legal marriage at the end of this month? If he's this conniving, gold digging, creep like many of you would have us think, why wouldn't he wait until the most opportune moment?

Stop trying to make a scapegoat out of Howard K. Stern. There were many people in Anna Nicole's life and not a single one of them, in the end, could help her overcome the obstacles she faced. She was responsible for her own life.

158. Has anyone questioned the credentials of the so-called "nurse"? Was she an RN, LVN or assistant?

Was she licensed in the US or the Bahamas? She apparently did not recognize the bad state her patient was in, health wise.

So much was made of the fact that Anna ran such a high fever of 104F or higher and she had to be ice-packed. Did someone want to blame Anna's passing on
a terrible infection of some kind to minimize the effects of all the drugs in her system? Thank goodness for the excellent forensic pathologist who did the autopsy.

159. #75, That Girl. Yes, the date is right. Ron Rale is Stern's former law partner and the man who argued the case before the Supreme Court. I've worked for years with lawyers and trust me, their fax machines aren't programmed "wrong".

This introduces the start of what I think is the real question, was Anna murdered? Did Stern realize that the inquest into Daniel's death would reveal his part in drugging Daniel, and make him guilty at the least of manslaughter? Was Anna telling him she questioned what he'd been doing, and wanted to change her will? Wouldn't a woman after the birth of a child want to change her will?

I think the answers are obvious. Stern feared loss of control of the child, of Anna, and of the MONEY.

160. I didn't bother to read ALL the posts, but has anyone else noticed that though the date on the fax says 2/3/07, the actual FILING date is 2/16/07. I worked for an attorney for 2 yrs and can honestly say...clerks will not put a false filing date in the system or on the paperwork. It could cost them their job. It is all systematic. They have particular case #'s that easily coincide with the actual dates. Seriously, the date could be wrong on the fax machine. Go back to the courthouse and pull up the paper. It's her will as filed with the flippin courthouse! In my opinion, Stern is a greasy lowlife that was obsessed with Anna and Larry Birkhead or fifty other guys could be Dannielynn's father. What's so sad is that this child will have to live the rest of her life never having known her mother or brother. I truly hopes she gets to grow up with a loving father and I hope that it's not Stern.

161. Ok, As for the fax machine, it's very unprofessional to have a fax sent from a "lawyer's office" with the wrong date and time on the pages of the will. I truely belive that it's an error. However, if you call the number....it's not a fax machine, so it must of been faxed from "RAR's" house and not from LUND LAW CORPORATION. Why would Ron Rale have sent the fax from someplace other than his office in LA? However , it's a number from outside of the Los Angeles, CA area. Isn't Ron from LA? Along with the other Executor's Eric James Lund?

But, if it was sent prior to Anna's death on the 8th in February, it was probably sent either because Howard wanted Anna to make some changes to her will after her son died, and before they were to get married. Think about it, you usually don't think about your will and your funeral arrangements until someone close to you dies.
But, if you look closer the document it says that it was filed 2/16/07. So just maybe it was sent after her death.
But, If you read her Will it clearly had many mistakes. It refers to children and then Child: Daniel Smith. What's going on with the professionalism here?? This in an important document. Make sure the language is correct.
Clearly, I see two things here. HOWARD NEEDS TO GET A DNA TEST AND ANNA NEEDS TO REST IN PEACE WITH HER SON.

162. I work in an office and have for serveral years. My question would be was this fax machine on-line not meaning via computer. It's a setting on a fax machine if the fax setting was set to on-line it would have a date and time stamp that could not be altered.

163. I don't buy that the fax/time/RAR intials are "wrong". I think the will WAS faxed to Stern/ANS on Feb 3.
What I don't buy is that Stern claims he had no knowledge of it. THAT WILL BITE HIM IN THE BUTT BIG TIME in the future. I could buy the story that he had advised Anna Nicole to change her will because of the daughter/their impending marriage. Wouldn't Stern have looked a lot better yesterday if he had just admitted he had had the will faxed to him 5 days before she passed?

THEY CAN TRACE PHONE CALLS and PAC-BELL will have a record of that call/fax going out on Feb 3 (a Saturday) from Ron Rale's house (yes the number is Ron Rales house) to Stern. THAT WAS REALLY STUPID TO LIE YESTERDAY AND DENY ANY KNOWLEDGE OF IT. That lie will bite him big time down the road.

164. HKS is nothing more then a leach and after the cross yesterday that was real to pointed out to everyone. And it will be interesting to see what comes out about the property that was taken and given to the police in Florida. HKS seems to be real nervous about that. Those records might show that he was taking her for a money ride big time. How about that last trip where she died and he is out buying a more stuff in her name? How many times did a man with no income do this? But he sure kept her drugged up now didn't he?
