166. I hope larry is the dad and the money goes into a trust for the beautiful baby girl. I wish people would let Anna Nicole die in peace, since she was obviously never able to live in peace. Her mother is a lunatic and Howard seems to be a dishonest mind controlling, money hungry jerk. I feel sad that it seems that most of the people in her life were there to see what they could "get" out of her....money, sex, fame. People can be dispicable.

167. Howard Stern acts incredibly ignorant for someone who supposedly made it through law school. Then again, he did not make much money which is probably due to his sleaziness and greediness.

Fax machines work like your phone and are automatically sent with the correct date and time - whether connected to your computer or directly through the phone lines. Any decent attorney knows how critical it is that the information is always as correct as possible. This issue should be followed up on.

This methadone situation is much more serious than is being addressed. There is absolutely no indication for a 20 year old boy to take methadone unless it is for drug addiction. The only other use for methadone is to treat moderate to severe pain but it's administration must be carefully supervised by a physician - not by a physician in another country. It has harmful consequences to a fetus so it is only prescribed to mother's who are addicts since the effects are less serious that illegal drugs.

November 27, 2006, the FDA made a public advisory announcement regarding the use of methadone and the potential for life-threatening adverse reactions. The literature is very clear that the use of alcohol and other medications is contraindicated with methadone.

Howard says that no one made Anna take any medications. Of course not, but no one made Howard assist her with getting medications. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't have two drawers and a counter full of medications at my home!!

168. There are so many people debating this issue right now. All along something has smelled about $tern. He never looks anyone in the eye for one thing- I find that strange. Also, in all the videos or interviews that he has with Anna,he is videotaping her or telling her what to do-like he is the puppet master. If you look at the recent tape in the Gay bar, Anna is clearly pushing him away. Why would she do that when she is "in love" with him like he claims? I think $tern looks like a rat & smells like a rat. I think he masterminded the demise of both Anna Nicole & her son & I hope for Dannielynn's sake that Larry Birkhead gets custody or she could eventually end up dead too.

169. Yes fax machines are programmed by humans. But this was a fax machine at a law office. They are very careful to ensure everything they do, for obvious Legal reasons, is date stamped. There is no way a law firm would have a fax machine with a date several days off. Not a chance.

170. WHEN are they going to arrest HOWARD K. STERN? Clearly he murdered Daniel and Anna Nicole! This is very sad that he can go to the Bahamas, kill 2 people, claim to be a father, live in a mansion he did not pay for and use that poor woman and GET AWAY WITH IT!!!! Where is child protective services to help that poor little BABY?

171. Digital phone systems DO provide the date/time to ALL digital devices attached to it. Does the law office get it's phone service from it's own phone system or is it like home phone service? Who knows? Also, ALL phone systems capture call logs of EVERY call, but they do NOT distinguish what is a fax vs. voice call. Easy enough to prove though, look at call log, in the log on the date/time stamped on the fax, is there an entry from X number to Y number? (presuming you know the phone numbers of both users).

172. Correction to above post: I should have stated that phone systems capture call logs of all ANSWERED calls. Unanswered calls are not recorded in log. A technicallity not applicable in this instance, but important.

173. About the well debated clause of this will, could it have been meant for any future spouses & childern of Daniel? Why else would it have been in there? Was the will completed or was it a draft?

175. I did not miss a beat of the hearing about where to rest Anna Nicole. What I did get out of it was that EVERYONE in her life wanted money or something from her, totally used & abused in every way and sadly, she did it to herself. If she had any will left in her she would have provided something for her daughter DannieLynn. If in fact, she did commit suicide it is somewhat clear what her intent was. She did not want her mother or Larry to have anything to do with her daughter and did leave her with HKS, for what reasons? It is certainly a tragedy for that little girl all the way around. I only hope that the government in the Bahamas is protecting Dannielynn by what it is they believe her mother wanted for her.
HKS maybe an enabler, but for anyone that has had to deal with some that’s addicted to drugs or alcohol knows for a fact that intervention is not always possible and that they need to WANT HELP. In Anna’s case, she did not seem to have anyone but HKS that truly cared about her. Unfortunately, she is gone and cannot speak for herself anymore.

176. Anna expressed suicidal thoughts (ideation) ,and acted upon those thoughts.
According to both Howard and Moe , Anna, "tried to drown herself in the pool and Moe stated on Larry King, and on Greta, that she required CPR to revive her. This required an intervention such as being placed on a 5150 (hold) by a medical professional even if she was refusing the help, for her safety,
Licensed professionals like Howard (lawyer) and Moe (EMT/bodyquard) and his wife (RN) whether they were actively employed by Anna or not they had an ethical duty to get her help but apparently failed her.

By the way, I am sure that when both Moe and his wife (RN) took their CPR certification course they were told that when you find a person not breathing you call 911 immediately not your husband and her boyfriend, if another is with you in the same room you yell out call 911. They know this. Minutes lost can be deadly.

177. Anyone remember that BABY SEDATIVES were found in the hotel room of ANS? !!!!!

Howard K. Stern was not heard from for a good day and a half after ANS died, and Atty. Ron Rale (Stern's long time buddy) told everyone that he was grieving inconsolably.

My theory is that since Howard's sister went to the Hard Rock Hotel in Florida to console Howard before going to the Bahamas, perhaps she took the baby Danilynne back to the Bahamas quickly before Howie arrived with ET proving that Howie flew alone. When Howie gets to the Horizons house in the Bahamas his mother and sister Bonnie are already there with the baby.

I wonder if the Hard Rock hotel has surveillance cameras in the hallway showing the comings and goings of guests and babies. Maybe Mo's errand was to get that baby out of the hotel room.

Makes sense to me
