TMZ Story Triggers Fireworks in Smith Case

A story TMZ posted last night has caused an uproar in the Anna Nicole case.

The lawyer for Smith's mother asked Stern why his lawyer faxed a copy of Anna's will five days before she died. TMZ obtained a fax cover sheet showing that Ron A. Rale, Stern's lawyer faxed the will on February 3, 2007. Stern, who acknowledged the story had been reported on TMZ, first said the date on the fax must be a mistake. He added that he didn't talk to Ron Rale about Anna's will until after she passed.
Smith's will
A heated argument ensued, with the lawyer asking how Stern could explain the date on the fax. The implication -- Stern was out to change Anna's will. The judge ended the examination on this issue without resolution.

18. Woooaahhhhh, why the hell would he want to change her will unless he knew she was going to die? Unless he planned to kill her? In her state of mind, all he had to do was say "here honey, take this, it'll make you feel better" and give her a shit load of stuff that would kill her, not like she would question him, she loved popping pills. He had to have had something to do with this!

20. Stern had one interest in Anna - money. He cared nothing about her health or the baby's . This woman died because the man she was with let her die. The will date of faxing I'm sure was no mistake, the only mistake is he is getting caught in all his lies. She was not strong enough mentally or physically to see how her attorney turn lover crossed the line legally and ethically.

30. is tmz evening listening to the same trial? yes that happen..but in no way does that show that howard tried to change the will of anna nicole..and i would like to say..that the lawyer from california representing birkhead..is nothing but a b!tch...they arent even talking paternity..and there she is tossing that into the mix...thank goodness the judge told her she was done...
