TMZ Story Triggers Fireworks in Smith Case

A story TMZ posted last night has caused an uproar in the Anna Nicole case.

The lawyer for Smith's mother asked Stern why his lawyer faxed a copy of Anna's will five days before she died. TMZ obtained a fax cover sheet showing that Ron A. Rale, Stern's lawyer faxed the will on February 3, 2007. Stern, who acknowledged the story had been reported on TMZ, first said the date on the fax must be a mistake. He added that he didn't talk to Ron Rale about Anna's will until after she passed.
Smith's will
A heated argument ensued, with the lawyer asking how Stern could explain the date on the fax. The implication -- Stern was out to change Anna's will. The judge ended the examination on this issue without resolution.

49. 33 - just because the judge asks something doesn't make it right. What if you were in court for a parking ticket, and the judge asked you which sexual position you prefer - are you obligated to answer just because he's the judge, or would you tell him it's not relevant? Anna's drug use is not relevant to where she is buried.

50. I thought this trial was to find a solution as to where ANS will be buried. What does everyone's income and who paid for what have to do with where her final resting place will be? It's no secret that ANS was on drugs, does it matter today? This looks like a trial that should've taken place before her death, she'd still be alive and away from every one of those losers.

51. Poor Larry, if in fact he is found to be Dannilynn's DAddy, has missed out on some of the MOST BEAUTIFUL months of his Baby's life!! The first year is so VERY SPECIAL!!!

I also think they( HOWARD & ANNA) didn't want testing done on Dannilynn, because she might have had DRUGS in her little body from ANNA while she was carrying her before her birth.

52. Honestly I don't even know why Birkhead is there. This is about where she wanted to be buried. This isn't who is the father. This is insane. Let her be buried with her son no matter how many drugs she was on she's still a MOTHER and she deserves to be buried with him...it honestly is as simple as that.

53. Yeah but if anyone has a business legal background it is utterly important that date stamps are correct....

I worked in both insurance and legal atmoshpheres - it was utterly important that the dates were correct for this purpose -

So if this is an error - how can you trust this legal firm to represent you!??????

55. AM #37 - NONE of this should have any impact of what SHE wanted - drugged or not - she would want to be buried with her SON!!! Period. He is attempting to run a trial on issues and people that have been charged with NOTHING! What a friggin idiot this judge is. Bury this woman - decide who is that Baby's Daddy - and move ON!!!!
How is the judge even allowed to bring up these issues in this type of trial? I don't understand what the crap is going on here.

59. Isn't it AMAZING that a fax for a lawyer's office JUST HAPPENED to have the date wrong, THAT DATE? Bull. I don't care who testifies to it. It would be corrected immediately in a law office.

60. I don't care who gets a dead body. I'm interested in who is going to get a living breathing child. This should have been settled already and the father determined. The judge is a joke and he is running a kangaroo court. Is anyone surprised it was her $$ that was paying for everything? He had his nose up her ass all the time how could he have been earning a living?
