I noticed the fax date immediately when TMZ showed it on their website and questioned it as well and gave it the benefit of the doubt that it could be wrong, but the more I thought about it; If a fax machine is programmed properly from the get go, the date should be off by only a day; think about it; the date could be wrong for several months during daylight savings but would revert back to the correct date when we come out of daylight savings.

2. Did they ask HKS if he has received any money from ANS's death? ET is paying for these exclusives; they were paying for them before she died.

93. My prediction: Before this is alllllllllllllllll said and done, Ms. Vergie will file a civil lawsuit against Howard K. Stern for Wrongful Death. Larry Birkhead will be a witness to that suit, as will the Nanny, the nurse, bodyguard, and countless other employees and friends of Anna Nicole. Howard stands to earn 6% of the financial outcome of the J.H. Marshall deal. He may never see a dime of even that money. Is he on suicide watch?

97. sorry to let ya guys in on a little secret - but I'm at my office now and faxed a test page to myself. The date reads 2/15/06 and the time reads 1:23. I have no idea how to reset the date and time but we get constant complaints about it. Very often as well, people's emails come to me from some whacky year and time. when your computer loses battery power the date and time is sometimes reset and your emails get transfered with the wrong time stamp. How is this a smokin' gun. All they have to do is supoena the phone records to solve the dispute (in part). At least it would show whether something was faxed on 2/3 at that time and if something was faxed on 2/16 at that same time. I also highly doubt that the two lawyers offices (lund and Rale) would have both operated on Saturday on Howard Stern'd behalf. Both lawyers were taking calls on a sat. for a 3rd party? doesn't even show it when anywhere near HKS anyway.

98. Fixed up like a clown and so high she didn't know where she was, 8 month pregnant Anna Nicole looked like a pitiful lost child. If Howard Stern had an ounce of love in his body for her or the child, he would have been helping her, not grabbing the camera and making a joke out of what was happening to Anna Nicole and the baby.

Anna Nicole's whole life was heartbreaking. Abused as a child, coerced into pornography at 15, used and hurt all of her adult life, and so confused and vulnerable she couldn't see that Howard Stern did not have her best interests in mind.

I have come to the same conclusion as many of you, I think he is at least partially if not wholly responsible for the deaths of her and her son. I really feel sorry for the baby, and hope there can be a happy ending for her.

99. I am thinking that lawyers dont have wrong dates on fax machines and such. I think that someone didnt cover their tracks here and got snagged. Howard has alot to gain here and this Judge should stop him in his tracks.

100. You know it's funny how many friend's anna has now and they all say howard did this howard did that O M G Howard was in love with Anna. Any one who was a fan would know .just like everyone say'n Howard kept anna away from her mom hello!!! Anna was the boss
she let no one tell what to do and they need to leave Howard alone he been thiugh so much lost his best friend and now there's a chance his daughter might not be his but no one thinking about the baby that's the only daddy she know'n she's alresdy never going to see her mommy agin and Howard will be only one who would not talk bad about Anna
well I don't think Larry would but larry if you really knew Anna you would know not to have anthing to do with her mom she in it for the money that women is crazy she said that anna was slurin her words ok wonder where she got that from let's see ummm I don't understand was all she could say.And what is up with that big face blonde headed girl that was anna stocker's sister she can't even say her name right she was not spanish!!! and if you were her best friend you would know Anna did not want anything to do with her mom.so that's left to say is good luck Howard

102. Oh and one more thing... Larry commented that when he went to see Anna in the hospital when she was pregnant and trying to get straight that Howard had a duffle bag of drugs with him to feed her more drugs. Who is to say that bag of drugs didnt make its way into the room when her son died. I think he has ALOT of explaining to do. He controlled her with drugs to keep himself in the lifestyle he became accustomed to. She was probably clueless to what was going on and he took her for some ride. He was a Golddigger. I dont believe Anna was when it came to her late husband. I think she really cared for him. The court battle for his millions was Howards meal ticket for life. Sure he got no income to speak of but when that case would have settled he would have made out big time ( and still could btw) just getting his percent .

103. The fact about the fax machine was solved later in the day and I for one am glad. I am so sick of how they are attacking Howard over admitting and talking about Anna`s drug abuse. He didn`t want to talk about it for the sake of the child later reading about it and suffering probly the same effects of drugs. I don`t know why this man is being victimized by everyone,but one thing I do know is he is taking good care of Dannielynn or Bahamian Child protective services would have removed her.
