77. Ladies and Gentlemen, What is going on in Florida, California and the Bahamas are all legal proceedings with the intent of local courts and officials trying to do the right thing. I am as spellbound as anyone else. Such a complicated series of tragic occurances. Calling any of these individuals schoolyard names worthy of third graders belittles only yourselves. If everyone of us had a camera rolling 24/7 in our lives, there would be much the world could cut/copy and paste to discredit our character. Be realistic. Fame, drug addiction and alcohol abuse creates shocking video, especially when shock is sought. If none of these legal proceedings were taking place, this clip would be boring. It would have ended up in some editor's garbage can. Stop calling green beans apples. Drug addicts and alcoholics are drug addicts and alcoholics, not "pure" as in "let her memory remain pure," not "slut" as in she was one. I'm floored by all the comments from grown ups defending and attacking people they have never had a cup of coffee with. This is not "Desperate Housewives," and these people are not fictional characters.

My 2 cents - It appears Vicky Lynn had a lengthy addiction to at least drugs. Someone agreed to give her drugs. Video suggests she took drugs while pregnant, as well as after the birth of her daughter. Should the individuals who witnessed prenatal and post natal (was she breast feeding? Impaired while picking up and carrying an infant?) drug abuse, be allowed to oversee this infants' care?

Jurisdiction seems to be at issue. If California refuses to intervene in the Bahamas to take this child into protective custody, and Florida is afraid to step on California's toes in a paternity issue, then the ball is in the Bahamas' court. The titular head of the Bhamian government is the Queen of England, who should step in with phone calls to every Bahamian judicial official and take this infant into protective custody in the Bahamas.

The DNA test should have been a priority over everything else. Burial, bad checks, funerals, plane rides to grave sites, billion dollar inheritance's - it should be everyone's concern that the infant may not be in the care of one single family member. Not one single parent is perfect, but an actual parent is relavant. We can not judge who loves money more than an infant based on photo sales, video sales, book deals, future movies, and plane tickets- because of Vicky Lynn's choice of lifestyle and choice of friends, it's impossible to seperate the issues. Do you expect someone to come forawrd and say they intend to live as a pennyless hermit in sack cloth in exchange for the priveledge of raising their daughter or grand-daughter?

Please Governments and Judicials - force the DNA test. Have the bravery to go against someone's wishes to hold back on this matter of extreme importance, and do the RIGHT thing.

78. This woman was pitiful. Obviously drugs were the problem. She was all over the doctor for one reason--drugs. I think drugs and the people she associated with (Howard Stern) caused her death. I just hope Larry Birkhead gets his daugher away from this evil man, and I could care less about anyone else in this situation. The baby should be the main concern and these sorry judges need to keep this in mind. Order the DNA from all of these men--NOW

82. I thank the Fords for getting all this stuff out of THEIR house for safekeeping. You can bet Stern and Mo would have shredded everything, dumped out the methadone and other drugs. We wouldn't have known about the doctor, her aliases for drugs, her compulsive sleeping with men to get anything she wanted.

Actually, HKS looks like he is trying to remove her from the situation.. THEY are all guilty, of the enabling..HOWEVER..ANNA herself knew RIGHT from WRONG.. REALLY A SAD situation, one that is not uncommon..

How can a man (HKS) say he represents ANS best interests when he is sneaking a duffle bag full of meds into a hospital room to dope her up when she wasn't getting enough through her IV's...

No wonder she was born in the Bahama's..the baby probably would have tested positive for meth...

It seems anyone who tried to get between this woman and her meds got the boot out of her life....

ANS and HS had a relationship alright..an addict - enabler relationship..unfortunatly an enabler is just as sick as the addict.... michelle

In this video you can see her brush away howard as if he were a bothersome little sister in her way.

89. #37, fourth amendment search and seiizure lesson for you. It is illegal for police to search someone's house without a warrant unless one of the 5 exceptions to the warrant rule is applies. But it is not illegal for investigators, police and authorities to USE evidence illegally seized by a private citiizen who may have illegally taken the evidence from another. So the Shelleys obtained a treasure trove of evidence for law enforcement officials in both countries to use and it cannot be suppressed in a US court of law on grounds that it was obtained as a result of illegal search because only government officials can violate a person's constitutiional right to be free from an "illegal search". If the the Shelleys were unlawfully on the premises and unlawfully took the items, they will not be punished until every law enforcement agency investigating this case gets what they need from these items. Hypothetically, if a burglar breaks into your house tonight and steals kiddie porn hid in your house and the burglar walks into the police station and hands the kiddie porn he stole from your house over to the police saying he got it from your house, the police will arrest you and might later arrest the buglar that stole it and gave it to them. The kiddie porn will NOT be suppressed on grounds of unlawful police search b/c no police search occurred, it constituted search and seizure by private citizen even if the citizen did not obtain it lawfully. The only way it gets suppressed in court is if it can be shown that the burglar was on the police payroll or was promised something by the police before he stole it, on then could you claim he was really an agent for the police. There is American case law on this. Stern got outsmarted. That is why he was FURIOUS when he came home and found that stuff gone, he knew what they took was a damning reflection upon him.

90. Anna Nicole I would be in the end after they sell everything little by little day by day it will be quit substantial. I for real would appreciate anyone sane mind that can disagree with that to let me know why? They are profiting for their own personal gain the mother, Howard, and Larry at least have something to fight for.
