92. Why are so many simple minded people hating???? Who cares what she did on her own personal time? She freakin posed for playboy, did people actually think she was a nun, or what? 95. So what's her lifestyle have to do with her burial? The only point to be made is where she wanted to be and it is unanimous by ALL parties (Larry, Vergie, and Howard) that she wanted to be with Daniel.

Bury her, move on with her state of mind, affairs, and lack of decorum at another time, in another courtroom.

The judge should have been removed the moment he said "I want to know who the father is". It showed emotional attachment to what was going on. It also was a forewarning of what was going to happen in this courtroom. It's a disgrace to the Judicial System.

99. #55, HKS has no standing to sue TMZ for publishing stolen material because ANS's will in invalid, HKS has not been appointed Executor yet by any court of law and right now the only person who has power and legal authority to sue TMZ is the Administrator of ANS's estate the judgee appointed and the baby's court appointed Guardian Ad Litem, Mr. Milstein. Those are the only two people that have any authority to sue anybody over this stolen property. My guess is at the end of the day, they will bring an action to obtain an injunctiion and then have all this stuff sealed AFTER they get the benefir of using it in a court of law. HKS was OUTSMARTED by the Shelleys. The Shelleys might get eventually get criminal charges BUT they obtained a treasure trove of evidence.

100. Not to get on my soapbox. However, I think we are all getting a look into the very strange world of celebrities. I think this "anything goes" sexually and with drugs is prevalent in their world. I think they have a different world view than us average people.
If a child of mine, especially a daughter, got involved in the modeling, entertainment industry-I would be very concerned for her well-being.
For all the money that these people have, I do not envy their lifestyles.
I cannot even say Poor Anna anymore. She was "getting on" with her drug pusher in a Gay bar while her lover looked on and blocked a camera phone that was taping the mess

103. TMZ is really trying for a WOW affect! even with the Will Date being 5 days before, I have faxed from my fax machine before. The date and time is messed up and I never fixed it. Really trying for some hard core dramma that just isnt happening. I do believe he did not help her get off of drugs. But that does not mean he committed a Murder. So wish they would just stop the Dramma, I believe ANS gave her son Methadone so he could sleep or something. Not HKS.

104. like I said before......she surrounded herself with parasites who did not give a damn about her.....very sad.....this guy, Larry, Howard.....all USED her....kept her doped up, and whored out to anyone !

I pray she is fianlly at peace with her son, the ONLY person who really loved her !
