32. OK folks - I have a husband with a huge drinking problem. We have 3 kids together. I have SEVERAL SEVERAL times over the course of our 10 years together have tried to get him help. I have left with the kids, I have threatened a divorce, I have fought-cried-begged-pleaded and nothing. He still drinks. He does it NO MATTER what I say. I NEVER supply the alcohol for him. Am I an enabeler?! NO - my hands are tied - I LOVE my husband, he is a good husband and father in spite of his drinking. I am in love with him. I am tied, he does what he wants to NO MATTER what I say or do! Same thing with Anna and Howard K Stern!!!!! Everyone is blaming HKS - the blame lays with Anna herself!! If Larry Berkhead loved her and was with her over a year - how come HE couldn't get her help??????

33. Ok - did Larry just sit there and say that he did everything he could to help her with her drug abuse??? I would think that if he were the father of the baby, he would have gone to the Dr.'s at the hospitals when he claimed that they had a duffel bag full of drugs...if this were true anyway , wouldn't the Dr.'s have noticed that she had an excess of drugs in her system other than what they were giving her at the time? I think that everyone in this sad woman's life sat back and enabled her. Larry is just as guilty of it as Howard is. They are both guilty of not doing what should have been done to get her the help she so clearly needed.

36. If HKS is an enabler - isn't Larry Birkhead as well?
He wasn't able to get Anna off drugs either.
So tell me dear judge, why is HKS the enabler and Birkhead is not?
Yes HKS was a part of her life for a lot longer then Birkhead, but if Birkhead is the father as he says Anna told him he was, surely he would have had more influence over her?

Also, why has it not been mentioned that when Birkhead was with Anna, he said that Stern was not always there AS HE WAS WORKING ON HER CASE AGAINST HER LATE HUSBANDS FAMILY.

So obviously, Howard didn't JUST mooch of Anna, he worked his ass off for NO money. If she won, he got paid, if she didn't win, he didn't get paid. Don't most lawyers work that way?????

So ffreaking biased, it pisses me off.

37. Thanks for the feed TMZ. I think the judge is getting mighty annoyed with HKS for not submitting to a paternity test. The hammer is coming down on HKS. He is going to have to take the test eventually and he will have to answer for his SHADY behavior in this matter.
He is a sociopath. He has no conscience. He has a strange affect and his whole world view is just off.

41. Kuddo's #33 about Larry Birkhead! Why didn't Larry Birkhead tell Anna's OB/GYN doctor about his concerns?? It's ok for Larry to say the money he is making off Anna is going to fight for his daughter, but it isn't ok for HKS to say he is getting money from his parents to fight the same cause?!!!!

It is time to work together, Anna should be with her son and the Judge should let her mother have control of her body IF she will let her be at PEACE with her son in the Bahamas-end of Court/Story! Wanting them in Texas is wrong and morbid! Would she actually take Daniel from where he was laid to rest by the one person that loved him so much she couldn't go on any longer? Twisted old woman! All this could have been decided last week-this Judge says one thing and does another-she needs to be put to rest-how sad that the judge wants more than 15 minutes of fame-he wants 15+ days while Anna waits! Howard K. Stern is a sad man-now where will he live and on what money-once Dannielynn is with her true father-maybe he should put that law degree to work! Am I in the dark here or was this SUPPOSED to be ONLY about where to bury her? Not about paternity? As much as I would love (oh God) to know who the father is, WHY is this allowed to go on like this?!?!?!?!
HKS rode the coattails of a rich girl who paid for everything in his life. He didn't support himself or contribute to crap, from what I've seen. He supported her drug habit because he didn't want to be kicked out of her life like Larry was for telling her to knock it off, like her mom was for trying to get her to stop. I don't know the whole story (nor do I want to, but the judge might tell it before this is all over) but that's my take.
OOOH - Go Larry's Lawyer. I like her. She's tough.
