Birkhead said yesterday that he became Anna's personal photographer. He didn't take other jobs, he only worked for her.
The reason he still gets an income from the pics is that is time they are sold, he gets a commission (I believe).

Anna wanted Howard to be her lawyer and her lawyer only. Now if he isn't taking any other clients, how the hell is he supposed to be getting an income?

If it is okay for Birkhead to make money from the pics he took of Anna, WHY is is NOT okay for Stern to get a percentage of whatever it is that Anna wins from her late husbands estate - it is the exact same thing!

Only difference, Howard may or may not get paid for the work he did while Larry will always reeive an income from the photos he took.

59. #56 Only difference I see is HKS wasn't getting an income, he was TOTALLY living off her. He didn't have his own anything. When the judge asked him yesterday if he needed shoes, would anna buy them or him? He said, Anna. That to me, is a leech, not a lawyer. His income would come if she won anything in the Marshall case. I could be totally wrong, just my take.
Not that Larry is any bed of roses, but he was supporting himself, he paid his rent, his utilities, his car payment, no ANS - or Anna Nicole Miller - as the Judge calls her.
