61. i can barely stomach this judge's style, but it seems as if he is very nice at first, then gets tough on cross examination. He sets them up and makes them feel really comfortable then BAM!

62. This judge needs to be looked at seriously. I think there will be SO MANY flaws to this case that the laywers who lose their case will be able to contest it, and it will start all over again. This judge is a bumbling idiot. He seems spaced out. HE seems to be overmedicated imo. THis is all too much to take.

65. I'm with you #63, I think the medical examiner is as disgusted with this judge and these proceedings as most of us are. I think he just called and told the judge that ANS was decomposing in order to move this damn thing along faster.

68. I would assume so. If she was in the same state during her preg. as she was in
some of those videos then the baby didn't have a chance. Sad I think this boy(LB)
has lost a baby in miscarrage and now he has to fight for another one. SAD
SITUATION. If not involving a baby here do you guys think we would be going on with our day excluding this crap? I think I would be.

72. Probably so. I can't see doing this part before the dna to determine who the father is. I know they want to have an open casket but....You don't always get what you want. Seems if the father is id'ed then he would speak on behalf of the baby since
she is under age.(i seem to think this is what the judge wanted to get help on when he asked LB where he would want her buried. (this judge is strange but i
think he believes LB is the father, JMO

73. I can't believe that the attorneys are allowing this so called judge to conduct in the manner that he is. But, then again the attorneys are playing along. That doesn't say much about them either. The judge needs to be replaced with a judge who is competent and who can make a decision. The judge has already decided that Howard K. Stern has no chance in winning by the remarks he makes to the court and to the viewers. This is a human being who needs to be put to rest and needs to be with her son. Again, her mother is looking for some attention.

74. My2cents- good point. that would actually make sense. Probably one of the few things I understand what this judge is doing. Sure seems to me like HKS was riding on Anna's money and Larry, not perfect for sure, but he seemed to at least try. Hindsight is 20/20. Fox news just had a great commentator on that explained Anna had an addiction disease.
The judge: she needed better handlers. WHAT?!?! She wasn't 12. She was a grown woman who made her own choices. Handler schmandler. If someone wants to do something bad enough, no one will stop them. She was a train wreck, the poor thing.

75. Regarding the videos of Anna, her doctor and Birkhead that shows that these two men had no repect for her. You see Howard trying to get Anna to control herself. I believe Howard always tried to protect Anna the best way he could. As everyone knows Anna did what she wanted regardless of the cost. Anna would have been in bigger trouble if Howard wasn't in her life.
