91. Judge is a chicken. He could order the KillerStern to get that baby tested. It is at the heart of the matter. Millstein sucks.

92. (passing the duct tape to #94) You have to admire the lawyers their restraint. I would not make a good lawyer. I would have been sitting there slamming my head off the table by now.

93. The GAL is an idiot, as a matter of fact, most of the GALs I have ever dealth with have been complete morons and have destroyed more than one family and ruined more than one childhood with their STUPID recommendations. Research about them, they have NO business being a GAL without a DEGREE in child psychology as well as law.

94. My question is for Road Scholar :

What if...
It comes out that neither Larry or Howard is the babies father, and they do not find out who.
Then who get's the baby, next of kin, as being her grandmother?
I will post this on several threads since there are so many.. LOL!

95. I cannot believe this judge! Stern's atty Krista gets to go at the witnesses like gang busters and when an opposing atty objected to her questions, he tells them that they can have the witness explain on redirect. Larry's atty wasn't not even given an opportunity to have her client explain his Yes and No questions to Stern's atty because they kept referring to "question asked & answered," yet when he was asked the questions and tried to explain the reasoning he was told no and that his own atty would redirect for explanation! I doubt ANS will ever get laid to rest at this rate and this whole week has set the tone for numerous appeals to be made. I feel that the judge is giving Stern's table the advantage over the other attys in the courtroom. He constantly buts in on the attys for the mother, tells them to sit,and then tells them he is helping their case . I was not a great fan of ANS, but she is another human being and deserves to be laid to rest next to her son.
