Umm, both men have beaky long noses.The baby's nose won't be finished growing 'til she is like 16.The baby has a cute normal baby nose.Her hair is getting darker now and Larry have brown hair, its frosted.Howard's is black.As I said in a earlier post, People mag says that a Dannielynn looks very much like a niece of Howard's.

Preface: The following comments are solely intended for the Media organizations who have been assassinating the Honorable Judge Seidlin's character, as your criticism is unwarranted in my opinion. We need more people like him in this world. It's my opinion - not directed towards any posters on this blog. Thanks

Dear Journalists & Newscasters,

I enjoyed the Honorable Judge Seidlin. You need to give the criticism of him a rest. He was the reason I was even interested in the probate hearing besides, hearing information re: Danielynn Hope's paternity issue. I respect his ruling, and I feel he made the right call. I have reviewed his ruling and it is very scholarly. He is no clown, and his court room was not a circus in my opinion.

So, what if he teared up? I would have teared up to if I had to look at footage of an eight month pregnant lady who was drugged up out of her mind. What kind of life was that? She was doing drugs while pregnant. Could Anna Nicole Smith, have been anymore selfish by jeopardizing an innocent baby's health?
In life, ANS had to deal with all of those sycophants, a deplorable addiction and the media.

The Judge had to hear testimony from some of those characters along with a "DNA test Dodger". If we had to be honest, ANS life and the tremendous tragedy of her death would make anyone cry. He obviously had to laugh at times - to keep everyone from crying. I could feel the tension thru my television - even when it was on mute.

He was dealing with a heavy, sensitive, and seriously dysfunctional subject matter. Let the record reflect that the Honorable Judge Seidlin and Mr. Milstein seemed more concerned about Danielynn's welfare than anyone in the room besides, Larry Birkhead and his legal representation in my opinion.

Given all of the complex dynamics he incurred in this case; the Judge did an outstanding job, and I enjoyed listening to his stories and humor. He was breaking down barriers and attempting to bring selfish people together; by reminding them of what was most important besides putting Anna Nicole Smith's body to rest with her beloved son Daniel, and that is finding out who the biological father of Danielynn is.

There was a method to his madness, and the media & everyone will soon see the fruits of his and Mr. Milstein's labor for the betterment of Danielynn. Thus, hopefully she will have "the shot at life" that the Honorable Seidlin, and the rest of America and the world knows she deserves.

It's a lesson well learnt for parents not to wait for tomorrow to reconcile with their loved ones because one never know when death strikes... now is more of a guilty feeling that it's all too late not to have enough time spent together... And also wise for the individuals to well advise their loved partners and spouses that no matter what differences we may have with our parents, one can never change the fact that they took care of us from birth to the point we could fend for ourselves. A parent can never be one's enemy. If it were, they wouldn't have waited for us to get older.

564. I am an IV Nurse... I have specialized in IV Therapy for 30 years....
Watch.... the Face Painting Video Again.... go to the section where Anna turns to listen to the dog and she brings here right arm up in the air... along the underside of the mid forarm there is a bruise that is elongated..... that area is exactly where the Basilic Vein is positioned. That bruise is from an IV Needle access a VEIN... Either the bodyguards wife who is a nurse MISSED the VEIN and nicked the vein and caused it to bruise or the site bleed into the tissue when the needle was removed.. Either way that is a IV site.... Period..
That is why Larry testified in court that when Anna came back from Myrtle Beach he stated that
'HER ARMS WERE CLEAR'
Those vials in the refrigerator if in fact they were actually hers were IV or IM route Medications only........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now the Temp.... situation.. If the nurse was icing down her patient... Anna was possibly septic...
Where would the SEPTICEMIA come from...
1. IV routes infected.
or
2. Surgical Incision Infected... her recent C-Section incision????
The Medical Examiner indicated that there was recent infection...

Once SEPTICEMIA is present ..... the organs fail and there is only one direction your body is going.. and that is to the Morgue...

The Autopsy is going to reveal Septicemia.... cause of death..

Let's wait and see..

567. Why is Howard K Stern allowed to keep practicing? He took that video of Anna stoned in clown makeup, asked her if it was a mushroom trip, etc... The last time I checked, mushrooms were illegal. Why didn't he call the police? Isn't that his professional duty? Does this make him an accomplice? What of the "rumors" Stern stated "She needs the drugs to survive."? The saying goes 'behind every rumor is a degree of truth.' I hope they don't EVER consider giving this "man" custody of that baby, even if she is his child. Look what he helped Anna do with her life. *rolls eyes* I don't expect answers to these questions, but why aren't they being asked at a level that demands answers?

568. Anna was an extremely fucked up person in more ways than one (and apparently a quite liberally fucked person as well, which is actually one of the few things I find liberating about her). I have read in several places during the past week or so that Anna went "laughing all the way to the bank." Which is perhaps true, although one has a little trouble envisioning her doing much laughing, at least of the hearty variety, during the past few months. What one aches to hear about this rather wretched balloon-breasted woman is that, just once, she might have been located "thinking all the way to the bank" or, heaven help us, "reading all the way" or “meditating all the way.” Contrary to what is widely being said about her -- i.e., that she was stupid -- she clearly was not. Ignorant yes (if I may make the distinction), often delightfully so, and magnificently uneducated. And yet in her vehement non-conformity and refusal to accept any sort of quotidian normality or tedium for her life, I believe she was actually a very advanced creature in her way, indeed was a throwback to the roots of modern philosophy, as outlined by Rene Descartes, who believed as Anna clearly did that no wisdom or accepted path of behavior should go unquestioned, in other words that life should be lived in perpetual defiance of typical repressive social patterns and expectations. So she had something going here, and knew it, at least on an intuitive level. On a more vulgar level (and I must make the point to get where I’m going) people say she had beautiful tits. Which is nonsense. They were buffoon tits, spectacles, almost entirely lacking in grace and subtlety. And the weirder-looking they got over the years, the more aptly they signified the coarseness and inelegance that had obviously claimed a good part of her inner being. What she did have that no one ever mentions is extraordinarily beautiful hands -- long and lean and graceful. And in these I find far better evidence of her specialness than can be found in her breasts, which were distinguished only by their size. People with those long prehensile claws are invariably special -- it is the mark of mystery and often old souls. And Anna had it to go with her disarmingly lovely face (isn’t this what we truly most loved in her?). Even in the appalling clown video, you can’t help but be struck by the otherworldly quality of the pleading eyes and generous mouth and the shapely bone structure behind the paint. Apart from all this, she is said to have stubbornly masterminded her own story and fate (which seems obvious in the way she treated most of the male slugs around her). Given her level of control (at least in the days before she started to unravel), she obviously knew something of what she was getting in a guy like Stern – basically ass-licking sycophancy -- and thereby deserved what eventually became his perverse attentions and manipulations. And in this she might be said to have masterminded her way into an early grave. Anna would have been far better off to have had one or two strong confident men in her life, and needless to say some strong confident women, too, but of course that would have required taking some responsibility and extending herself outside of the self-obsessive drug-addled little playpen that she and her preferred boyfriends lived in, and where she could call all the shots. In closing, might I suggest that rather than burying her at all, which seems like such a waste of earning possibilities for Mr. Stern, everybody concerned should just build her a giant funeral pyre somewhere near the last place she had a decent orgasm (if indeed she ever had one), stoke it with all her old National Enquirer columns, left-over prescriptions, 36DD bras, etc., and film it all as the flames rise around her and those vestiges of her soul that are still intact ascend into the hereafter (surely her “remains” are little more than a nightmare at this point anyway). And then show us all the film, and we can sign off, and so can she. Throw Daniel on too. One thing seems certain, that neither of their restless souls is gonna be happy for very long in the sun-scorched clay of a lonely Bahamian cemetery.

I didn't say he was practicing, I asked why he is still allowed to? Him not doing so is not the same as his not being able to. I would hope he would be disbarred for his role in all of this. She needed help, not a photoshoot.
