94. #19, I think we just watched Seidlin's audition tape to be the next Judge Judy. This was a sick perversion of justice. The decision to give the decision to the guardian ad litem could have been made the FIRST day. All we saw was the sickening Judge Seidlin show.

Here's how it goes ... woman has baby, dies, will unclear. Baby is the heir. Father if living gets child, and would have the best position to decide for the child on issues relating to things like where the mother would be buried.

Correct legal action: paternity had to be decided! The judge started to screw up right at the beginning when he punted on this critical issue. He could have ordered a paternity test.

Now what do you think happens if the inevitable california order comes out? what happens if it's determined that Birkhead is the father?

This was a horrible mess. Totally unacceptable. I hope I understood that fool Seidlin's remarks correctly and he'll be stepping down from the bench ... before he's removed.

95. The judge said the decision on how to proceed with ANS remains was Millsteins but that he (the judge) wanted her buried in the bahamas?

Was his desire that she be buried in the bahamas dicta or that binding?

Sorry I cant figure this out on my own, Im not fully watching the trial...

96. He's crying to cover his absolute shame for not giving ANS to her mother like the law states. I said it from the beginning he would side with Stern because they are both Jewish. The mother is entitled to ANS, period. Stern should be out of the picture. He is not the husband, not even the father of the baby. And worse, he was there under suspicious circumstances when Daniel and ANS died. He should be under investigation.

I heard at the end that Virgi said she wants to appeal!! There will be an appeal. Hopefully the next Judge is not also Jewish.

97. Right before the audio from the live feed turned off, TEXAS said something to the judge. The judge said, "does she want to appeal? Then ask her." TEXAS asks Vergie if she wants to appeal and she said "Yes I do." I HATE HER!! Let your daughter that you love so much be buried next to her beloved son before she rots away to nothing! The body will still begin to reek even though it's been embalmed. That's why they were trying to speed this process up. What a bitch.

98. Millstein is corrupt. He's been in Stern's corner the entire time. He's as shady as it gets. Rot in hell, Stern, Millstein, Barth and Seidlin. Hmmm....maybe if Virgie was of the Jewish faith, the judge would have followed the law - next of kin. NOT A 5 MONTH OLD BABY!!! They'll have to answer to a higher power someday.

99. I don't understand why this judge was crying!!!?!?! He was acting like a wise ass looking to hog the spotlight the whole time, then just did an Oscar Winning waterworks performance. Unbelievable.

105. I think that MAYBE the GAL guardian ad-lidem WILL make the baby have a paternity test, MAYBE that is WHY Jughead Judge handed it to him, because Jughead Judge promised STICK Stern that he wouldn't make him take a test...Ya Think? Let me know...
