36. Larry Birkhead and the Mom are lying sacks of sh*t. Even IF everything everyone has said so far is true, the body STILL needs to go to the Bahamas. The drugs and paternity stuff is just fluff. The judge loves the spotlight...at the expense of legitimacy.

And Dawn knows absolutely nothing about the law. Its nice to have an opinion, but in law, you have to defer to facts.

Birkhead's attorney is the worst I've EVER seen in over 20 years of practicing law. And this judge, and the public, refuses to stop her from making a mockery of the courtroom. They'd rather bash Howard with wild unfounded accusations. This is shameful at best, completely retarded at worst.

37. This has got to be the most ridiculious judge in the world. This judge has made a mockery of the entire justice system. And should be removed from the case entirely RIGHT NOW!. Someone with higher authority needs to step in and straighten this mess out. It's clear the judge is only trying to make a name (a very bad one at that) for himself and has turned this tradgey into a 3 ring circus. Howard Stern has made it VERY clear he could careless what happens to the baby and ANS remains. Howard has his eye set on the money the baby may inherit. He also needs to be investigated for the passing of ANS son and ANS as well. This case isnt a conspiracy- it's a case of greed and cold heartedness. Poor ANS remains have been at the M.E. office so long that it's starting to decay after the embalming process. Which in my opinion is abuse of a corpse, an insult to ANS , her daughter, family and friends. Why hasn't someone with more authority stepped in? What the hell is wrong with justice system to allow this to happen? Start petitions, call your state Reps. and help lay ANS to rest for her daughters sake. And do the parentity tests now to give the baby a father and family before she's old enough to realize how disgraceful her mothers remains have been treated! This judge is an IDIOT!!! Howard Stern is more than an idiot but I can't say those words here!!

39. People, Anna Nicole was an adult, and she is responsible for her own actions--no one else! However, Howard Stern is responsible for taking advantage of her. Larry Birkhead seems to be the better person in this fiasco, but he still is lacking in a lot of departments. That judge is silly.

If Larry or Virgie wanted Anna to get help for her problems, then they could've made her. Well..... maybe not Virgie since she used to beat the crap out of Anna. But, Howard is not all-powerful. 44. Larry Birkhead is an opportunist. He is a part of a class action lawsuit against a Priest that molested him in 1967.

He is known in the Gay community as being "Gay".

If Larry really loved Anna Nicole he would not make slanderous statements against her. If he is the Father how will Dannielynn feel when she hears how her Father talked about her Mother.

He violated the confidentially agreement with Anna and therefore he is not trustworthy.
