52. I think HK Stern was only in it in the beginning to help her with her legal problems, but became obsessed with her. I don't believe he is the father of the child. The child looks like Larry Birkhead. There is so much stupid drama in that chaos they call a court room! Just give the body to the husband and do the DNA test to determine who the father is. Notice where everyone else's eye's are when they are recalling an answer to the quetions...they look up and to the right, and then to the judge, that is an indication that they are telling the truth!!!

I saw today's testimony. Regina is spot on. Birkhead and the mother are doing everything they can to speak on behalf of someone who consciously alienated them and avoided their influence at all costs. The same cannot be said of Howard. Speculate all you want about Howard "controlling" her, but you are talking directly out of your ass. This is law, not drama.

All this Birkhead cheerleeding is stupid and utterly rediculous. It has nothing to do with the law whatsoever.

Birkhead's attorney is TERRIBLE! I wouldn't hire her to mow my lawn. All the California attorneys embarrased themselves today. The judge habitually embarrased himself. What a circus.

Tell that to the Judge, I belived by law that the mother, being the closest adult relative, should be given the body to bury!!!! I have no idea why they are making a mockery out of this judicial system!! I figured since other petitions for the body were presented, that he felt it was fair to hear them. I think it's outrageous too!

57. Dawn what is your issue about the cup?? Apparently you should be on Larry and Chicklet teeth's side (as someone named her so well) Stay on the subject. Where her body needs to be buried is the issue. Not the baby at this point. Her mother needs to stay out of it and quit blaming drugs, because if Anna was ondrugs atleast she had an excuse for her behavior. Whats the mothers excuse, she was married 5 times. Great role model. I dont believe Larry Birkhead should have any say in where Anna's body should be buried. Another thing EVERYBODY keeps forgetting, ANNA WAS GROWN! You are thinking emotionally...not rationally.

The mother is not the next of kin.

Also, deference is ALWAYS given to the determinable wishes of the deceased themselves. Thus we have testimony from those close to her late in life v. Larry and mommy who were effectively ousted from her life by Anna's own wishes.

It doesn't take a genius to see what Anna wanted. The only argument to keep her away from Danial is that she wasn't able to think clearly for the last 10 years. Good luck proving that.

Larry is really a pathetic loser to do this while she decomposes. That's my opinion.

Howard needs to submit his DNA, but legally, there is a big issue with that. But it is for a different trial. Not this one. Let her rest in peace for god's sake!
