62. This trial is getting nuts!! The judge is doing a backstroke now. He is playing to the cameras. It is getting old. He is keeping important facts out of the trial. Looks like Judge Larry is going to make the situation 100 times worse. What a self-important little prick. By the way Judge Larry. If you do get your television show, I know I will not watch it. I saw enough already. You’re such a putz!

It is time to get real. If Howard K Stern is the real father take the test, or shut the hell up. Go back to the rock you crawled out from. The man is clearly a mooching troll! Maybe you can then retire your drug factory and put your video camera and voice recorder away. You truly killed this woman; you need to be charged with no less than manslaughter!

Give Anna Nichols body to her mother. Anna was out of her mind for most of her adult life on drugs. Just ask any recovered addict, they do not have a clue about emotional decisions while they are so doped up. Let Anna’s mother bury her daughter. When Anna was not on drugs, she got along fine with her mother!

Daniels father looks as though he will begin arrangements to exhume Daniels body and bring him back to Texas. He is the biological father. It is his right. So Daniel will not be there for long. Then Anna will be in a place she never intended to live her life out. So it will be all for nothing!

Work with the Nassau court and have Dannielynn brought back to the United States. Then line them up, swab their mouths. Then whom the real father is. If he is capable. Give the baby to the family she belongs to. The sooner the better.

If Howard K Stern gets Anna Nichols Body. That would be the same as giving a pimp the body of one of his working girls, that over dosed on the drugs the pimp gave them.

There is a very important fact that most are by passing every time. Anna was a die-hard drug addict. Every decision she made was made in a drug-induced haze. And until you have ever lived with, or knew someone who was like Anna. You will just never understand. Those kinds of drugs scramble your brain neurotransmitters! Which means it was hard for Anna to stay on those drugs and be alone or have to make a real decision. They are very easily led and lied to. The average enabler keeps them paranoid also.

Larry Berkhead was a very naive person. I would bet he never knew a person strung out on drugs like Anna. He most likely thought he could help her. But then Howard K Stern was always there. It gets creepy to make love with your boyfriend and have Howard K banging on the door and listening. The guy is a real creep.

Howard K stern is, in my opinion a murderer. He knew she would leave him and go back to Berkhead. That is why Anna had to go. He also knew he had to get rid of Anna's ROCK her son. Stern is most likely thinking, so close but yet so far away. The guy is a sociopath. Arrest him. Do not let him leave the country.

The bodyguard was paid by Anna through Stern. Stern seems like a real manipulator. The guy is just a plain discussing troll, who cannot support himself.

Let us not forget Dannielynn, she is Sterns ticket to millions of dollars.

64. In that circus courtroom today, the judge asked Larry why he didn't stop Anna in the hospital, from taking more drugs, the drugs that were in the duffle bag.

Larry stated he didn't because "THERE WERE NURSES AND OTHER PEOPLE IN THE ROOM."

This doesn't add up. If there was a duffle bag with some drugs, I don't think the nurses and other people that were also in the room would just sit there and allow this. Sounds fishy to me.

67. Birkhead finally showed his true colors today didn't he.? Self serving little dick that he is According to the trial. right after ( I think it was 3 days) Daniel died he sent those emails to her only caring about the paternity rights of the baby and calling Daniel the"kid". Also telling her she was going to rot in hell and that she was the Devil. What a sorry asshole. I never thought he was in there for the long haul, I said it before and I will say it again, when it got too tough, when he thought his ass was on the line he bailed on Anna and threw Anna and her baby away. Howard wasn't much better though.

All you people are wrong.Birkhead is not the father of DannieLynn,Daniel is.I say this because Daniel and Anna were extremely close and according to her IMDB.com bio refers to him as more like her husband.Also on the day Daniel died he was sleeping in the same bed as Anna.Besides that on her show that she had a few yrs ago it was a big joke to watch them french kissing each other.Assuming he is the father that might explain why she was o devastated over his death.Not only did she lose her son but the father of her baby.Why else would she try to stop DNA testing if Daniel wasn't the father ?
