Birkhead Breaks Down

Larry Birkhead just broke down on the stand, while trying to describe his efforts to convince Anna Nicole Smith to stop using drugs.

"They kept bringing more and more drugs into the house," he said. "I knew it was really bad ... they had [an Anna Nicole assistant's] name up in the pharmacy as a VIP."

When Birkhead criticized Howard K. Stern's treatment of Anna Nicole, Stern could be seen shaking his head vigorously and turning to his lawyer.

1) If Anna had 105 degree temp...why didn't Howard take her to the emergency room INSTEAD of going for a sail on a boat?

Has Larry contributed 99 cents to the support and care of HIS daughter ?
Because Howard is borrowing money from his parents, so he has no money.
So, until things are settled, who is supporting the Baby ? I know babies do not eat much, but still there are expenses.
Why does no one ask that question ?

Let's not forget that Howard & Anna left POOR DANNY sit for 39 DAYS in a refrigarator, and go sailing, have a photo shoot for $$$$, have "FAKE" vows, and did Entertainment Tonight Interviews. Howard could Care LESS about Anna & her resting place.

Oh poor larry, poor poor Larry, he should get an oscar for his acting, he had the judge and the media wrapped around his finger,
good point 7. Why did he get her pregnant TWICE if he was so worried about the drugs.
