Birkhead Breaks Down

Larry Birkhead just broke down on the stand, while trying to describe his efforts to convince Anna Nicole Smith to stop using drugs.

"They kept bringing more and more drugs into the house," he said. "I knew it was really bad ... they had [an Anna Nicole assistant's] name up in the pharmacy as a VIP."

When Birkhead criticized Howard K. Stern's treatment of Anna Nicole, Stern could be seen shaking his head vigorously and turning to his lawyer.

1) If Anna had 105 degree temp...why didn't Howard take her to the emergency room INSTEAD of going for a sail on a boat?

12. I FOR ONE AM GLAD THEY ARE DISCUSSING THE DRUGS, WHY HASN'T ANYONE MENTIONED THAT METHADONE IS USED TO TREAT HEROIN!!!!

AND THE REASON COWARD STERN DIDN'T TAKE ANNA TO THE HOSPITAL AND WENT SAILING, WAS BECAUSE, ACCORDING TO COWARD, HE THOUGHT IT WOULD BRING TOO MUCH PUBLICITY.
