This whole thing is a damn freaking joke. We have a judge seeking fame to have his own show-which will most likely suck-if he gets one at all. A damn stupid mother who has moderate acting skills pretending that Anna Nicole Smith loved her when she publically admitted that she hated her guts and a wanna be father named birkhead,who thinks that he is the father bacause i think that with him being a tabloid photographer, he is probrably not making the kind of money which would provide a healthy lifestyle for Dannielynn as I am sure that he will take advantage of every possible opportunity to sell and profit off of this sweet and innocent baby with every chance he gets.This whole situation is sick and pathetic as I think that these people should just get to the facts and allow Anna Nicole Smith to be laid to rest beside her son which she wanted as Daniel was the most important thing in her life and the fact that her stupid mother wants to dig up daniel and bring the both of them to texas is her way of exploiting and totally disrespecting Anna's last wish as she knows damn well that this would really piss her off if she was alive to hear what her horrible, pathetic and abusive mother is saying just to gather public sympathy for the loss of a daughter who she never had any love or contact with for over 10 years except on television when she would criticize or insult Anna, Daniel or Howard with her wild and baseless allegations that she has made over the years. Just make a decision and let Anna lay beside her son as that is what she most wanted.

Hey Harvey Levin - Instead of putting a video on of Larry Birkhead "breaking down", why don't you print copies of the inflammatory e-mails that he wrote to Anna Nicole Smith directly after the DEATH of her BELOVED son?!? ...Said she would burn in the fiery depths of Hell? ...Now THERE'S a guy who really loved Anna Nicole Smith and had her mental state at heart, isn't it? My response to you Ms. Dawnnnnnnnn is to watch the entire case and not just bits and pieces. I work in the legal field and have been watching the entire case from beginning to end.

Since you did not see what happened before Howards Attorney took the cup let me enlighten you. Howard left his cup on the witness stand and when larry walked up to be the next witness he sat down and saw that Howard left his cup. Larry's face lite up like a kid in a candy store when he realized what he had there. Larry then tried to get the cup hidden under his cup so that when he left the stand he could take it with him.

Now Larry is the one petitioning for Howards DNA. The is another court action pending and so if larry managed to get howards dna he would have illegally obtained it. I know that his how larrys attorneys like to work but for him to do it right under the judges nose was appalling.

I am trained to watch people's actions during depositions and trials. I have access to information on attorneys and different courts in the us. I called Howards attorneys office to let them know that before larry left the stand they needed to make sure he did not take both cups.

Since I only got her voicemail and email, I then called the judges clerk of courts and left them a message. When I still could not get thru I called the police that handle that jurisdiction and they told me I was not the only one who called them to report what they just saw.

No matter how you people feel about howard, this is a court issue and unless he is ordered to take the test no one has the right to steal it. That would be the same as someone stealing yours.

So next time watch the entire trial and everyones actions before you make the comment you did.

In that circus courtroom today, the judge asked Larry why he didn't stop Anna in the hospital, from taking more drugs, the drugs that were in the duffle bag.

Larry stated he didn't because "THERE WERE NURSES AND OTHER PEOPLE IN THE ROOM."

This doesn't add up. If there was a duffle bag with some drugs, I don't think the nurses and other people that were also in the room would just sit there and allow this. Sounds fishy to me.

actually in regards to the cup if you watched the entire hearing (believe me I did luckily i have tivo) Howard Stern had left the cup up at the witness stand that he was drinking out of. When Larry Birkhead got up there, he put a cup inside that cup. The cup(s) the attorney grabbed were from both of them, but I am sure she was trying to keep Birkhead's attys from using the DNA on Howards cup

I have watched this court proceedings completely..I am disabled..MS. So I have lots of time. Never have I seen so much drama !!!!! But ANS was not in her mind for some time....I know this because my husband is a recovering addict (15 years ) It is realitively easy to control an addict. My heart goes out to the family...My concerns are with the safety of the child...Remember her brother and mother have died under strange circumstances. Daniel was only visiting his mother after the birth of his sister, I do not beleive he wanted to be buried in the Bahamas...but I do believe that ANS would want to be with him..No one in Hollywood could write this...I just pray that it all will work out...
