Britney Back in Rehab

Britney SpearsTMZ has confirmed Britney Spears is back in rehab.

We're told the singer is hoping three times is a charm. The emergency custody hearing that Kevin Federline wanted has been cancelled because of the new development. There will be no custody hearing today.

Sources tell TMZ Federline is concerned for Spears' welfare and wants her to get the help she is now seeking. We're also told this will be Spears' last chance -- if she leaves rehab before getting full treatment, Federline will immediately go to court seeking orders allowing him unquestioned full custody of the children.

We're told Spears showed up at Federline's house to see the children last night and he wouldn't let her in.

Sources say the kids are now in the custody of Federline, and have been since last week.

33. Now see, this girl is TOXIC!!!! The court hearing is about THEIR CHILDREN, which is were she's suppose to be. THIS IS TYPICAL DRUG BEHAVIOR, ALL ABOUT ME, ME, AND POOR ME, while we say why don't the paparazzi just leave her alone. No! When she became a celebrity, she became under the public eye. 37. L.A. people are so sad.. I lived on the west coast.. everyone goes out at about midnite, stays til about 3 and than leaves with only having a few drinks.. she has a problem? why is it that people from Wisconsin start drinking when we are about 11 - drink all the time, drink from 5 p.m. to bar close 2;30 and than have after bars and can handle it? I just think she is immature, doesn't have a problem but wants sympathy and wants people to think she has a problem etc which is quite sad. sure we see her in the media going out and I never see her slamming........ try coming to Wisconsin and play anchor man for 5 hours straight like most of us do... than come telling me you pussy!

39. Third Time? Britney will bolt again because the pressure may be off. She is entering tretment only because of coercion/tough love and not because she wants help.........The saga will go on and on and on. She is an alcoholic/addict who will use any means to get what she wants. I really think that she sees her children as possessions, bargaining chips and is too impaired to love and respect them, their needs.
