Britney Back in Rehab

TMZ has confirmed Britney Spears is back in rehab.

We're told the singer is hoping three times is a charm. The emergency custody hearing that Kevin Federline wanted has been cancelled because of the new development. There will be no custody hearing today.

Sources tell TMZ Federline is concerned for Spears' welfare and wants her to get the help she is now seeking. We're also told this will be Spears' last chance -- if she leaves rehab before getting full treatment, Federline will immediately go to court seeking orders allowing him unquestioned full custody of the children.

We're told Spears showed up at Federline's house to see the children last night and he wouldn't let her in.

Sources say the kids are now in the custody of Federline, and have been since last week.

TMZ has just confirmed Spears' inpatient rehab program is supposed to last between 30 and 45 days.

33. What the fvck is wrong with you people. Britney is in serious trouble. She is getting help. KFed's a stand up guy, if you ask me, to call off the custody hearing and give her a chance to get herself together. She can do this. What do you people want to see, another Anna Nicole tragedy?

38. At this point in time it is clearly in the boys best interest to be with their father. I have never seen a picture of Sean with a smile on his face while being carted around by Britney. That says something...... Hope Britney gets her act together....this is about the children, not about her.

40. She's being forced to do this! This is never going to help her! Kevin should have the kids. Besides leaving his girlfriend for Britney he's never been proved as an unfit parent. I think it would be good for him to keep the kids.

42. LIKE I SAID YESTERDAY, HAVE HER PARENTS DECLARE HER LEGALLY INCOMPETANT AND HAVE HER COMMITTED - THIS WAY SHE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO JUST WALK OUT OF REHAB BECAUSE HER PARENTS WOULD HAVE CONTROL.

45. i dont know why she keeps going to rehab just to check right back out. she must like doing the admissions paperwork. damn crack-ho needs to give fed-ex the kids, and get her life together. i hope to god that she never has another child.
