Britney Back in Rehab

Britney SpearsTMZ has confirmed Britney Spears is back in rehab.

We're told the singer is hoping three times is a charm. The emergency custody hearing that Kevin Federline wanted has been cancelled because of the new development. There will be no custody hearing today.

Sources tell TMZ Federline is concerned for Spears' welfare and wants her to get the help she is now seeking. We're also told this will be Spears' last chance -- if she leaves rehab before getting full treatment, Federline will immediately go to court seeking orders allowing him unquestioned full custody of the children.

We're told Spears showed up at Federline's house to see the children last night and he wouldn't let her in.

Sources say the kids are now in the custody of Federline, and have been since last week.

97. I love how people defend Britney like she's just some poor lost kid and this is all somebody else's fault. Please. She made her bed, now she has to lie in it - just like ANS. She chose to become reckless and live her life recklessly, and now we're supposed to feel sorry for her? I highly doubt anyone held a gun to her head and forced her to act this way. She needs to deal with the consequences of actions, which is highly doubtful that she actually will. If she's like any other celebrity, this won't be her last stint in rehab.

I think people need to stop feeling sorry for her, the excuse that she's a poor little girl and everything is the media's fault is all BS. She needs to grow up and take responsibility for her actions. There are PLENTY of other young women in hollywood, her age, with kids, who seem to have a drama-free life!

101. I think Brittney's mom, who is said to have had the children for a while, would make a more stable situation for the children. Kevin is still a party animal, even if he's temporarily clearned up his act, we don't know what goes on behind closed doors.

103. Are we forgetting he has two other kids that ARE NOT in his custody and he isn't paying child support for them either. Why take these two and be so concerned about their welfare, yet not fight to have visitation or shared custody of the other two? MONEY.

If he gets his second set of kids, he'll get support. I bet anyone he still won't want his first two because he'll have to take care of them.

Why does K-Fed have a publicist, agent AND lawyer? Did he put out another album the public doesn't know about?

104. I don't know about the parenting skills of Britney or K-fed, but at this point it seems even if K-fed is a total loser, I would bet his parenting skills are probably better than Britneys. The kids needs a loving, nurturing and stable home, and with Britneys psychotic behaviour and her belief that all of her money gives her a free pass to do whatever stupid thing she wants, she should not be a parent. BRITNEY, YOU NEED A GOOD SLAP AND YOU NEED TO GROW UP for the sake of your kids. And where are is her family throughout all this? Shame on them for not doing everything that they can to slap some sense in to her. Half-heartedly going to Detox is not the solution to turning your life around, putting your heart and soul in to it and truly wanting help and forgetting about your millions and your spoilt brat attitude is the key. Some of us are still sensitive to your needs, Brit, but for god sakes..grow the f*ck up already.
