Richard Milstein, the court-appointed guardian of Dannielynn Smith, announced that he intends to bury Anna Nicole Smith in the Bahamas, next to her son Daniel.

40. Dr. Perper the Medical Examiner has announced HE CAN NOT RELEASE ANNA'S BODY because there is an APPEAL pending. Virgie Arthur has filed an appeal! Will take at least 2 working days to go through - per dr. perper on ctv.
