Richard Milstein, the court-appointed guardian of Dannielynn Smith, announced that he intends to bury Anna Nicole Smith in the Bahamas, next to her son Daniel.

There is no justice if that bastard HK$ gets away w/ this mess.

I believe too the Judge was good. People remember this was not criminal or civil court and the proceedings would have normally have been in his chambers.

67. You know all you people talking bad about Anna nicole is really bad. Becasue she is not here to defend herself. And you know that is why that she had no contact with her mother. How dare her to do that to Anna nicole.. Well I thought that Virgie loved her daughter.. I am still standing by this she needs to just let her daughter rest in peace. Virgie is a PIG for appealing this. She does not love Anna, If she did why won't she just let her rest in peace...

I think Vergie filed an Appeal, so that they (LARRY & HER) can hop aplane to the Bahama's and get a order for a Imediate DNA sample of at the very least Dannilynn, and get Custody of the Baby for Larry. She had done the appeal for the Baby, at this time. AS FOR THE 3 COMMING OUT TOGETHER..... that was just for TV, the CLAWS are still out, and it's still ON LIKE DONKEY KONG!!!!! Dont forget KRISTA BARTH took (Stole) Larry's cup for DNA yesterday, if you listened to Opri's opening statement to the Court TODAY!!!

If old Vergie was so concerned - WHY didn't she try more to help her instead of ignore her when she KNEW she was on drugs? If she was so concerned about her grandson -Why didn't she try to do something to get him out of the atmosphere that she was so concerned about?
