Dannielynn's Guardian: Anna Will Go to the Bahamas

1321. It doesn't matter any more where Anna rests.She belongs next to Daniel whom she adored. Her mom Vergie won't let her rest.She never had any concerns for her daughter before so why doesn't she let her rest with Daniel. I believe you should care, show love. and concern for the living. NOT cry your regrets for them later.Vergie is cold hearted, stubborn.What kind of mom protects the stepfather while they molest their baby girl. Anna Nicole had a tough life.God forbid if she/Vergie gets the body as next of kin she will later go after the money as a representative of the baby/grandaughter, Dannielynne.God forbid if this woman inherets Mr. Marshalls 480 million on behalf of Dannielynne. We'll see. At least if Howard is not the father and I am sure we'll know soon he has been there for the baby and fighting to bury Anna next to Danniel.I hope she finds peace soon.

I saw on court tv today and they were talking to Howards lawyer and they are the ones that advised him not to give the dna...im not sure why but they did...and those were Annas wishes, not Howards...geez give the guy a break, he is human and he was her best friend in the world besides Daniel of course and all she wants is to be by her son....On court tv they were showing LB and Vergie leaving the court house today and LB went out the back and of course Vergie went out the front....all she wants is money money money

1327. The judge did his best given the circumstances. HKS messed everything up by refusing a partenity test but the dead usually fight for themselves. ANS is not going anywhere, if they burry her in the Bahamas we will have two bodies to exhume in the future. Someone who has been impaired since 1996 to time of death is not able to make a sound decision. Any decisions that she ever made in those years is illegal, drugs everywhere and deaths related to drugs. The only sober person in that gang is HKS. Toss the bogus will and fire the lawyer/lover, slum him with gross professional misconduct charges and disbar him for sleeping with a client. No license, no money no baby and no drugged Anna to live off of. WHere did you go to law school Howard?

1330. I can't believe that after a post like that you could say that we as a society should be ashamed about how WE treat people and that WE have no regard for anyone's feelings.

You may dislike Virgi Authur and question her intentions but let's face it, she is Anna Nicole's mother. Yes, their relationship was strained and troubled over the years but that does not mean she didn't love her daughter. Who are we to suggest she didn't? She gave birth to her, raised her and before they became estranged apparently they were pretty close. I don't think it's strange or un-natural that she wants her daughter's body back in Texas with the rest of her family. Whether we agree or disagree, this is her daughter and I have no idea how she feels. Like you said, we shouldn't disregard anyone's feelings and we have no idea how she is truly feeling.

You suggest that she is just involved to make money but can you truly say that Howard Stern and even Lary Birkhead haven't made money off of Anna Nicole? Let's face it, in one form or another they have. Like the judge said in court, "Money is the root of all evil". You may think that Virgi Author is a 'gold digger' but Anna Nicole has been accused of being the exact same thing for years after she married the oil tycoon.

I am the mother of four daughters and I honestly can't tell you what I would do if I was thrown into her situation. When you're the mother and it's YOUR child, who is to say what any of us would do? It's so easy to sit back and judge when it's not our child and we're not the ones in her position. She does have more of a legal right than any of them to claim her body.

The entire situation is sad and tragic for everyone involved. Everyone in the world has their own opinion about what should happen and who's the good guy and who's the bad guy. At the end of the day, there's a little girl in the Bahamas who has lost her mother, her brother and her true father is yet to be known. I feel for her and hope that her life is different from that of her mother. I believe she has the right to meet and know Virgi Authur who is her grandmother and any other family she has in this world. No matter how anyone feels, no one has the right to deny her her biological family.

I am not on anyone's side as I don't believe anyone involved is a saint. The innocent party is the baby and once Anna is put to rest, I hope the focus will be on her best interests.

I dont understand how ppl say that everything she has said and done since 96 was illegal...I have something to say about that....When someone goes out and kills someone or robs a bank "under the influence" they are not insane, they are charged w/ the crime no matter what they are "on"....So to say that everything she has done was illegal is just ignorance....Yeah, maybe she was under the influence but she wasnt crazy...and like I have posted before....there NO WAY IN HELL that she could "always" be under the influence....and noone knows the cause of death yet....She was a beautiful woman that made something for herself out of nothing...that is a very smart woman that knew exactly what she was doing....and HKS was her best friend for yrs and yrs....at anytime she could have gotten someone to get him away from her, IF SHE wanted that....but obviously she did NOT, and theres no way it was only because of "drugs"....this is the US, you can get "Drugs" almost on every street corner....HKS may not be the father but he knew what ANNA wanted, no matter what state of mind she was in....she was human and she obviously had her own mind and her own thoughts....and another thing, everything that they found she had a prescription for so if anyone should be held responsible for HER taking them it should be her DR not HKS....GO HKS!!!!

HKS is not the only one making money off of all of this tragedy...I agree that all parties involved are making money....the only ppl I have seen doing interviews since when they all testified about it in court in FL are Larry B and Vergie....I havent seen HKS doing any interviews, I have only heard his lawyer 1 time talking on court tv (over the phone) and that was yesterday....Im not sure if LB and Vergie got paid for the interviews but Im sure it will come out soon that they really did.....Oh and LB is doing an interview tonight on Access Hollywood, I believe at 6:30 central time....LB said yesterday that him and HKS are trying to make a settlement so hopfully that baby will have both of them in her life and not Vergie (I think she is the number 1 person w/ money in her eyes) I just dont know how a mother can say those things about her daughter on tv...thats not a normal thing to do....a mother should protect her kids not accuse them of murder on tv much less any place...

1335. Lisa, I think that HKS quit his law firm and quit practicing because they were sexually involved and he would have been disbarred if it came out to the public, so he quit because they were lovers, amongst other things like best friend and an assistant....
