272. Hey, how about the look on Vergie's face when the judge ruled. She went from ..boo hoo I love my daughter so much.... to pissed off fat bitch in 0.1 seconds. Her poor me act on the stand didn't fool anyone to who this woman really is. How dare this woman who was not involved in Anna's life for years try to make a profit from her deceased daughter. Ok Larry kept saying she got pregnant in late jan. early Feb. well most of the time you carry your baby 9 months.I just feel for this child one day she will see how all these people fought over her mother and ask why?????I think Dannielynn should decide when shes older if she wants her mother and brother would from the Bahamas. I agree lets find out her real father is and we might be surprised. Let Anna rest in peace its gone on to long. She loved her son and wanted to be with him so let them rest. To much fighting and Dannielynn will know this in years to come.

276. I never was an Anna Nicole Smith fan. But, all this stuff that was happening. Had me glued to the tv. Now, the first court battle has ended the right way. Anna Nicole she will be buried next to her son Daniel. That is what she would have wanted. Maybe one day a family member or Larry? Can come up with the big bucks, to have them dug up to be reburied in CA.

Now, we need the second court battle to begin. The dna testing to prove which guy is the actual father? Mostly everyone believes it is Larry Birkhead, as I do. He seems to be the man who would be a better father. And he showed how he truly cared for Anna. By trying to get her off the drugs. Not, supplying her with drugs as Howard did.

Go rest in peace now Anna Nicole with your son. And know in your heart. That everyone is watching out for your daughter.

281. Well so much for a truce! Being that Vergie is filing for an appeal, CLEARLY shows her intent. After all of the evidence, remember, evidence, that CLEARYLY shows Anna wanting to be buried next to her son and she STILL wants control. She is as HORRIBLE as Anna said she is in her October interview!! Also, and this is VERY important...a woman is pregnant for 40 + weeks...I have been pregnant 7 times I know! So according to Larry Birkhead the doc told him conception would have been around the first week of January and has a three day window. Ok, no doctor will say a three day window!!! It is usually acurate by a week or so, however, you do the math . . . January 5 - according to Larry - the math would NOT be September 7!!!!! According to Larry's date of conception, the baby should have been born OCTOBER 14!!!!!!!!!!!! How can everyone be so ingnorant NOT to get that? And a doctor NEVER does a c-section on a 33 - 34 week old invetro baby! Two of my babies were born at 43 weeks!!!!!!! What the hell is everyone so stupid for beliving this guy - - - also, being that she is older at time of pregnancy and miscarried once before she would have been high risk regardless of her drug use, so the doctors would have been giving her more than average sonograms. They can measure the fetus' femar bone to get a more exact due date, a doctor would NEVER have told him conception January for a birth of September!!!!!! I believe Howard is the baby's Daddy.

282. Howard may be protecting his right as Dannielynn's Daddy because he knew that Anna slept around and is afraid that the possibility of paternity for him is only a small percentage. Conception for a baby born in September is in fact conception time in December! According to Ford Shelley's testimony, Howard, Anna and Daniel were together during that time! Also, DANNIELYNN IS A BAHAMIAN CITIZEN!! Doesn't matter where conception happened, how dare us to pluck a citizen from another country out of their home country for paternity. Larry should go to Bahama's to fight custody!!!

283. Opri lied again then. She told the judge the three of them weren't going to hold hands and make nice...well.....I guess that was for show in the courtroom. That woman made more of a display in court than anyone. Hypocirte! The mother isn't much better because she turned right around after being in the press statement as agreeing to appealing the decision. Another hypocrite! Birdhead is just trying to look like the good guy but I really hope he is sincere and not just acting.

285. Sorry Kerri, if my friends cared for me the way HKS cared for Anna, I'd probably be dead too. He handed Dilaudid and Methadone to a woman supposedly carrying his baby, while she was in a hospital trying to detox!

The only reason he's crying now is because she died before he had a chance to get her to change the will. If she loved him so much, she would have legally married him. There were no legal reasons they couldn't marry. She talked about marrying Larry, even to the point of looking at rings.

HKS whole story about how they were everything to one another is complete BS. He NEEDED her, she USED him.
