50. You know what? I think Howard knows Birkhead is NOT the father. He is letting Birkhead see the baby. He is doing so to expedite Anna´s funeral getting cared for and to stop the arguments for now, but he must know something. He must know in order to agree to letting Birkhead visit.

I think they checked out Birkhead´s blood type and found out he is not the father. I think Howard and his attorney´s have not come out with this yet pending the outcome of Anna´s case.

52. #23 - I hope you are right. Maybe everyone was caught up in the emotion of it all and realize that this would only be the tip of the iceburg. At the end of the day the only ones' with anything left would be the lawyers...and Howard would not be a part of that group.

They must do the DNA and do the right thing by the baby because the fact is that one day before they all knnow it she will be grown and they will have some explaining to do. They always grow up...believe me it happens before you realize it.

56. oh christ now her mom has filed an appeal...can you believe this woman??? the next of kin is her daughter but since she is too young milstein is speaking on the baby's behalf and the judge already ruled that he gets the body....anna nicole is decompsing..my GOD NO WONDER HER MOTHER HATED HER! 57. Once again, Debra "collars up" Opri has ruined a moment. Birkhead and Stern were able to be civil with each other and then Opri steps up and ruins it! If I saw correct, it even seemed like Birkhead was waving her sentiment off.

I'd call that ALOT OF HOT AIR...NO GUTS...NO SUBSTANCE.

If this action, (allowing her burial in the Bahamas next to her son,) in ANY way further enables Stern to successfully carry-out his plot of hanging-onto this child for monetary purposes, then may God forgive this Judge for wussing-out, and refusing to order Stern to give a DNA test...possibly, keeping a baby girl away from her rightful father forever. 59. 9. Howard is a LAYWER and he KNEW he had to get rid of Daniel
first, then ANNA, and that he would get control of the ESTATE. Poor VERGIE!!! Poor Larry, & Poooooor Dannilynn!!!

The Baby should be put in Protective Custody, until the DNA tests show who is the Father. Larry & Vergie Should have VISITATION RIGHTS to DANNILYNN ASAP!!!!!!
