Hatchet to Be Buried With Anna?

After shredding each other for the past four days, Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead simultaneously announced, without any seeming anger toward each other, that Anna Nicole Smith will be buried in the Bahamas.

The announcement came just a few minutes after Judge Larry Seidlin decided that Dannielynn's court-appointed guardian should mediate the dispute.

The two men, who had sneered and clawed at one another, both directly and through their lawyers during the days of the legal hearing, made the announcement with Anna's mom, Virgie Arthur. They would not address the question of funeral arrangements nor would they discuss the paternity battle.

Even Birkhead's flame-throwing lawyer, Debra Opri, appealed for calm -- and appeared with her combatant, Stern's lawyer, Krista Barth.

93. I agree with you #78 about Anna doing what she wanted to do! She was the boss.. if she said jump.. Howard probably would have! that's how in love, obsessed he was with her.. He was that in awe of her.....sad when you think about it! but Anna did what she wanted! she even tried it with Larry but it clearly didn't work with him thats why they argued a lot and she left to Bahama's............lol

94. #82 Sorry, you are wrong. Daniel's father said several times on the phone with the judge that he would like Daniel in Texas. He did say he thought Daniel should be buried with ANS, but that it should be in Texas.

98. Anna Nicole, her son Daniel, and the real love of her life - Howard Marshall are all from Texas. I know that Anna Nicole had 1/2 of Howard Marshall's ashes and wanted all three of them buried together. I hope that some day they can all be brought back to Texas where they belong. Good luck Virgie Arthur, my heart is with you.

99. I believe Howard K. Stern was just trying to bury Anna in the Bahamas with her son as she had wished. Now that the burial will take place let us hope that he, Larry Birkhead and Virgie can be civil so that in the future Dannielynn may be able to know each and every one of them regardless of who the biological father is. Every one of them involved in this, in their own way, knew and loved her mother.

100. BIRKHEAD'S ATTORNEY Deb Opri says on TV the whole setting differences aside approach to negotiating was all her doing? Is this for real? Can someone tell me why she has suddely taken this about face and is quickly running from her previous agressive behavior?

Can this be because they now realize what scum buckets they acted like by going on NATIONAL TV 2 days after the death of Daniel to announce their suit.. months before it even mattered because the baby had not yet been born!

OPRI I bet you have people reading comments and you KNOW Birkhead proved he wasn't a crumb better than KHS in fact possibly even worse! I'm sure HKS never called ANNA a BITCH or THE DEVIL!

102. #90 thanks, but he actually said he wanted him in TX, but when the judge asked about actually exhuming (sp?) hin, he said no. I was shocked too.

104. What the hell is Virgie trying to pull....to walk out "as a united front' and all the while has appealed? Anna wanted to be buried by Daniel and she would known this knowing how he was Anna's life. She is a freaking dominating control freak.....not a mother. Why can't she let Anna rest in peace beside Daniel? No wonder Anna was estranged from a woman like this. Sure Anna still longed for her momma........the one all of us abused children of the world dream of.
