38. He fainted for me. This Judge isn't as stupid as people are saying...although he is rather long winded. He's avoiding a lot of legal booby traps that some of the various attorney's are trying to lay down for him. I think he wants his decision to stand, and does not want this case to have anything to merit an appeal. Can you imagine being in court with that many attorneys!!??? If this was just btw two states it would be so much easier, but Stern and Smith moved to the Bahamas to relieve themselves of just this sort of thing...not expecting Smith to die.

Love the way paternity keeps creeping up in here - smart lawyer.

Actually, all of the lawyers are pretty sharp, as is the judge. He is firm in his decisions and gets things back on track. The comic relief is good to make everyone relax a little now and then.

I wouldn't want to have to make this decision.

Trying to force Larry Birkhead to say nice things about HKS? The judge must be deaf and stupid. It's obvious that HKS was an enabler, and even said it himself, and that ANS and HKS fled to avoid Larry Birkhead. Now he tries to force Larry Birkhead to sweet talk about HKS?
