61. What is the big deal people? It is only a cannabis plant that grows in the ground! It is a natural herb that people sometimes like to smoke now and then. I personally am not a regular smoker, but rather, a social smoker, if the moment arises and someone has a joint, I will take a hit or two, but I don't go out of my way to by any pot. I used to all the time.. I used to buy ounces, no less, no more. It never hurt me, I never had a problem driving, taking care of myself or living day to day... I really don't think it's a big deal that Mischa Barton is smoking a fattie!! Hey, at least she can afford the high cost of pot!!

Ok, several posts say your a Loser if you smoke pot? give me a break already....Ive been smokin it for 30 years, Im in great health, ;look at least 15 yrs younger than my age, never been arrested for it or anything else, I pay my taxes and I run a multimillion dollar business SUCCESSFULLY...not a bankruptcy in sight.... I have a nice home, a hot truck, a hottie riding shotgun =)
Concietta specifically--those views are narrow minded and el-stupido. Spend more time worrying about your BMW payment or your credit card balances while trying to be like these people. To the dork who blames human deaths on alcohol or weed or guns.... take a moment to realize that killing has been around since before you graced this planet with your presence on earth. You could just as easily lose your sheepish life to a pencil (prison style) or a bottle (bar style) or a hand (shaolin style). No law you pass (or vote to pass) is going to prevent someone from accidentally plowing into your vehicle or purposefully choking you out or tickling you to death (while they're high on life)(which is probably illegal). Anti-gun, anti-pot, anti-sex....these laws are just anti-common sense, which you've seemed to cherish as your battle flag. Not surprising, as the lot of you seem to get your opinions fed to you anyway. From the local news, CNN, celebrity chatter, cheesy anti-pot commercials and the soundbites of others. Cute, yet stylish, consuming, cookie-cutter sponges. So what, this chick enjoys a toke.

72. ok so she appears to be smoking weed! why are we so consumed with what these actors are doing in their personal lifes! so she smokes why is that a big deal? To break it down.... yes it is a plant , so are many other things, coke comes from the cocaplact, however it doesnt have the same affect, liquor comes from many natural substances...potato, sugarcane, wheat..... it all stems from a natual substance. Now how mant studies have show weed to kill people?? The only things any studies have shown is the fact it could cause lung cancer from the smoke intake... now if i am correct more people have gotten cancer from second hand smoke from ciggeretts. weed should be legalized! it has many benifits to certant people. like people with stress, anxioty,glaucoma,cancer..... can we say this about liquor or ciggeretts?? i think not! i speak from personal experience...weed has its positives!!!

74. My husband rolls his own cigarettes and it very well could be just that, a cigarette. People give him strange looks when he rolls and smokes them. Sometimes it isn't what it looks like people. Geeeesh!
