Mischa Barton was seen puffing away as she cruised the streets of L.A. with a pal on Wednesday afternoon.
No word on whether the actress stopped to grab something to munch on after her trip.

77. wow...this is great..i love a debate on the issue of marijuana..well i'd just like to say that for all the individuals who label those who smoke marijuana as losers..go kick rocks and eat glass u dirtbag..weed is by far the safest drug on the planet..if u did ur reasearch u ape u'd realize it would take about 900 joints in a 24 hr period to actually overdose on weed.. by the time u got to 20 u'd fall asleep and wake up feeling great. i put myself through college selling weed. i smoke it everyday and i am happy to say that i probably make more money that u do.. so choke on that..and to my fellow tokers....blaze it up.......

78. I don't mind pot but it is a gateway drug. Anyone out there who has smoked pot before has more often than not used or uses other drugs.

79. In response to comment #13 (Catalina). If you are waiting for the stop SIGN to turn green you will be sitting there for quite some time. If you weren't smoking pot you'd understand that the stop sign will never turn green. So not only is it illegal but you'd look like an idiot sitting there waiting for it to tell you to go. Scary to think about drivers on the road driving high.

84. The loser is in the eye of the beholder
Saying or typing the words "I am not a loser" is a lot like "My mom says I'm cool".
I also think it is funny that so many people think that having a high-paying job, or a degree, or two degrees means they are not losers. Is there some calculator out there that determines whether or not you are a loser? What if you own a multi-million dollar company and have a PHD and you molest children? Well you would be breaking the law and hurting people by molesting children but I guess you are still a good person because of your job and your degrees. What if you only pick the occasional stranger's pocket? Are you so much better than somebody who burglarizes homes for a living? Anyway, there is no loser calculator out there. What makes you a loser is people thinking you are a loser. The fact that you came on here proclaiming that you are not a loser just proves that you REALLY care what people think of you, and that's probably the exact reason you used marijuana the first time. I bet you thought people would like you more or think you were not a 'loser' because you had a joint sticking out of your face. Personally, I like to stay on the right side of the law, and I think that makes me a good person, but I'm sure plenty of people out there (probably the pot-smokers who commented and will comment on here) think I am a loser. Oh my God! Oh no! I just realized that someone out there thinks I'm a loser! How will I ever go on with my life?!!! By the way, did anyone else notice that a lot of the pro-pot people can't spell? I wonder if there is a connection.
