421. It would seem, to most any casual observer, that Stern believes things that may not necessarily be accurate or right. Examples may include that he believes himself to be the father of the child that ANS delivered in September; or that he is not a gold-digger trying to profit from his most famous client ever. Nonetheless, with price gouging from $950k to $10 million, and he believes that the property is worth that inflated amount? He isnt a great lawyer , and he isnt a real estate appraiser. Screw what he thinks!! Worth it? I don't think so; ANS didn't die in the house so why the fame and notorious reputation? It isnt worth it, people involved in this are just plain greedy.

422. TMZ has learned Thompson and Shelly are currently interviewing brokerage firms worldwide -- firms that are interested in winning the listing.

In short, it appears Thompson and Shelly have a right to sell the property, which may have skyrocketed in value because of the incredible publicity surrounding the Smith saga. Sources say Stern himself believes the property is worth $10 mil.

424. Anne, Moe seems sincere but there are many twists to this whole story that just do not make sense. Lots of question to how ANS health issues and status were handled at the time of her death.

425. It's great that Moe and other people have come forward to give a more complete picture of Anna than the drug addled woman her mother pictures her to be. No doubt she has prescription medication issues, many of which may have been pain related from illnesses unknown to the public. All I know is that no one could have kept the kind of productive schedule she has if she is as completely incapacitated as she is being portrayed. Why is there little mention of her good works for charity and philantrophy, gay rights, PETA, etc?? Why no mention that Howard K. Stern has done a great job keeping her claim to the Marhsall fotune all the way to the Supreme Court? Why no mention that far from the parasitic image of someone living off of her she will eventually owe him a retainer fee of 6 % contingency of anywhere from 80 million to half a billion???

You think that HK$ tying up a dead man's money, trying to dispute a will THAT man left, clearly stating his wishes, that Anna was to get $8 million, is comendable? Instead of the $8 million, she so far has gotten NOTHING....lets talk about that...GREAT JOB HOWIE!!! You lost her $8 million...do you really think that the Marshall family is ever going to concede that money? All Howrad has manage to do is keep it tied up in the judicial for over a decade, therefore securing him a job, seeing how Anna WAS his ONLY client...now Anna's wills and wishes are in shambles, lets commend Howard, (her legal advisor?) for that one too!!!

I don't know all the details of the Marshall claim but it is clear that better brains than ours (US Supreme Court) justices have decided that Anna deserves some of that Marshall fortune....how much it will eventually be I don't know. What I do know is without Howard Stern, that claim wouild have been dead in the water with the 8 million supposedly all Anna would have received which was what was already given to her and spent by her during his lifetime. If the Marshall heirs had a problem with their father's marriage, they should have settled it with him while he was alive. The old man did not have to marry Anna. Marrying her gave her all the legal and financial rights she continued to fight for all her life till her death.

Anna Nicole Smith lost another court battle on Monday after a judge in the Bahamas ruled that her case against G. Ben Thompson, her landlord, had no merit.

Smith had sued Thompson, claiming that he had no basis for evicting her, saying that the house she was living in had been given to her as a gift. The judge begged to differ.

The ruling clears the way for Thompson to proceed with his eviction lawsuit against Smith.


She didn't steal the house, she just TRIED to.

The reason that I think that "Big Moe" is a LIAR is because he stated in his interview with Greta on FOX that he had NEVER seen Anna Nicole Smith use drugs except prescription drug prescribed by her doctors. Even Howard "Gay" Stern and others close to her has admitted in the Florida Court last week that Anna Nicole Smith abused "prescription" drugs. "Big Moe's" head must be in some kind of "fog" better known as denial.

I think it would absolutely hilarious if you didn't get your asking price for and had to pay someone to take it. Of course that is only wishful thinking. As for Ford, he should be investigated for child neglect. Don't blame Howard you allowed her to stay there. I do not believe he didn't let her call you. 433. By now we have all formed our own opinions on who we think the good guys are in all of this and who we think the bad guys are. Some of us have tried to use good commons sense, proof of certain claims and facts as we know them to form these opinions, and some have based their opinions strictly on hearsay and what they perceive as fact without any backing. There are too many twists and turns and behind the scene discussions that we are not privy too. In sorting through the facts I believe there are only 2 innocent people and victims of certain circumstances in all these cast of characters who had no motive for anything and that is Daniel, God rest his soul, and DanniLynn. No one will ever really know anyone’s true intentions in all of this or what is really in their hearts except God. And whatever their intentions are, at the end of the day they are the ones that have to look at themselves in the mirror every day.

Therefore, I have decided not to post myself, (I’m sure some of you will be happy about that), or reading any of these such posts that do nothing but attack or presume a person’s motive behind their actions. I will continue to read and probably ask questions for better understanding to those who actually have facts through their research in particular aspects of this case who have tried to give us all knowledge. I thank all of you who have made such posts, you know who you are. I look forward to reading such posts so that I may gain factual knowledge on how things operate.

434. How can these people call themselves friends of Anna's and do that to her? Do they think that just because she is dead she doesn't know what is going on? That's a damn shame! If they had even a bit of respect for Anna then they could show it by having some class and at least letting Howard live there until he gets his feet on the ground and all this nightmare behind him. People don't realize that no matter what someone does to you, getting even isn't the answer. God is the one to handle that. He will be the one that makes the sinners account for their sins. Therefore, there isn't any reason for pay backs let it go and be bigger people and do what your creator would want you to.
