Court Says Not So Fast, Body Going Nowhere

A Florida appeals court issued a stay Monday in the dispute over Anna Nicole Smith's body, ruling that her remains cannot be moved to the Bahamas until the court hears a challenge from the former Playmate's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur.

Arthur had filed a motion with Judge Larry Seidlin, asking him to reconsider Friday's ruling which paved the way for Anna to be buried on the Bahamas. He denied that request. Arthur also filed an appeal with the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, which has now agreed to hear the challenge.

46. How come nothing is mentioned about that big life insurance policy that Daniel had? I am sure stern has that. I am sure they are going to prove stern had something to do with both anna and daniels death. He is a snake.

48. Her mother is crazy. She needs to be with her son in the Bahamas. The only thing Virgie wants is money and attention. Have you noticed she is the first person talking about Daniels death and Annas to the media......trying to cash in. Anna made it very clear she wanted nothing to do with her mother.

59. I am so sorry to hear of the death of Anna Nicole and my heart goes out to the baby and the life it is going to have without her mother and brother. I only hope that the people involved will do the right thing and think of the baby. I am truly so sorry to hear of her misfortune.
