JUST BECAUSE VIRGIE WAS A POLICE OFFICER DOES NOT SAY SHE IS GOD AND COULD STOP ANS AND DANIEL FROM HANGING WITH THE WRONG CROWD AND AS I UNDERSTOOD VIRGIE WAS THERE FOR ANS WHEN SHE WENT TO BETTY FORDS CLINIC. AND HK$ WAS AN ATTORNEY AND ABUSED THE LAW PICKING UP ANS DRUGS UNDER PHONY NAMES AND THAT WAS TO BENIFIT HIM. YOU THINK IF LOVED SOMEONE I WOULD FEED THE CAUSE.

919. ok question, I have read two different accounts, and I think ANS herself answered it in a Larry King interview if anyone has seen it, but one account says that ANS was called by HKS offering his services, the other says her law firm at the time referred her to him. Well if he had never done any legal work before and ANS was his only known client, then:

a. why would a law firm be referring ANS to an attorney who had never practiced at all before, especially for a case like the Marshall one and;

b. if HKS called her first what was she thinking hiring an inexperienced attorney for such an important case? Seems rather ballsy for an attorney just starting out to go straight to a high profile case before even getting his feet "wet".

922. THIS UPDATE JUST IN FROM ET. I AGREE WITH EVERY WORD HOWARDS SAYS ABOUT ANNA'S MOM. Just bury her already. Its just sick not to go ahead and bury her because of her own selfish wants. If she truly loved Anna she would go ahead and get all of this over with and not drag it out.

JUST IN: Mark Steines sits down with Howard today in the Bahamas -- as he speaks out about Virgie's appeal and last week's court battle.

In an ET exclusive, HOWARD K. STERN sits down with our MARK STEINES to send ANNA NICOLE's estranged mother VIRGIE ARTHUR a message. "If you could do one thing for your daughter," Howard says candidly, "Let her be with her son. Stop this fight ... it's not right that Anna is in a morgue right now. Try to be a mother in her death."

Arthur is currently appealing Judge LARRY SEIDLIN's ruling which grants custody of Anna's body to her baby girl DANNIELYNN, through her court-appointed guardian RICHARD MILSTEIN. A Florida appeals court granted Arthur's request for a stay Monday, meaning that Anna Nicole's body can't be moved until the appeals court hears the challenge. Arthur would like to see Anna buried in Texas -- a place Howard says Anna intentionally avoided: "She didn't want anything to do with Texas ... it would be a travesty if the situation ends up (that way)."

What Anna wanted -- that no one except Arthur disputes -- was to be laid to rest next to her beloved son DANIEL in the Bahamas, who passed away last September at just 20 years old. "I just want to bring Anna home to her son where she wanted to be," Howard explains. "People don't understand that when Anna lost Daniel and once we started planning his funeral, she was forced to think about her own mortality. She talked about what she wanted for herself. I am the only one who really is trying to carry out what Anna wanted for her funeral."

Howard also admits he is baffled at Arthur's motivations. "I think she's in this for the wrong reasons. She isn't looking out for the best interest of her daughter, or so-called daughter. I can't understand how her mind works. I am trying to take things out of the media. What's going on is not fair to Anna or Dannielynn. I would like people to come together and I'm working on that."

Meanwhile, ET reported Monday that LARRY BIRKHEAD went to Howard's home to meet baby Dannielynn, the little girl he claims is his daughter. Larry's sister, JUDY BIRKHEAD, was by his side Sunday night as he held the baby girl, feeding her a bottle for the first time.

For Howard right now, it is all about getting Anna home and putting a stop to the media circus that has surrounded her death. "I want to stop the public fighting," Howard said. "I dont want to say bad things about people."

Find out who controls him and you may learn why the judge said, "I have a gun to my head" and went into an emotional breakdown! This is deeper than sex and sleaze BUT will never have the proper investigations unless they are brought home!

That judge was wierd! Glad he wasn't doing heart surgery!

924. Regarding HK$ interview today with ET.... OF COURSE he wants to keep all of this mess out of the media & private. He wasn't pushing back the media when ANS was alive. I think he is getting getting a little nervous. The more publicity, the more questions arise and the more the "TRUTH" just may be revealed about him! Where will he run to next? Homeless, jobless, and hopefully childless very soon. Absolutely this child is in danger and should be removed from his custody immediatly by the children's protective services.

927. this is completely incorrect. I am executor of my sister's Will but her daughter will be the one whom will have the claim to her body for burial. Custody of the body has NO connection to who is appointed executor.

930. IF Vergie wins custody, the bodies will come home, the criminal investigations will continue. Otherwise, this is Beth Holloway begging for justice all over again. Those speculating that Anna "needs" to be buried, Anna doesn't have any needs at this time. Vergie will not fall for these teary-eyed, sob-sister interviewers and their suggestions Those people have needs, they "need" ratings.
