91. The lawyers are representing her, knowing that they body means a possible legal right to the baby, which means BIG$$$, and that is ALL that this woman wants. This is shameful and a black eye on the US judicial system. A human being has no legal rights now either when there is MONEY involved. Vergie needs to give this up and let her daughter be buried as per her wishes!

92. Argh!! Daniel was buried while Anna was still alive. She buried him in the Bahamas. And obviously she would want to be buried next to her son. So just let it go! Her body meanwhile is decomposing and it's just getting to be a disgrace.

97. I wish the Marshall family would adopt Anna's little baby. It would stop all of this horrendous circus and no one would receive a dime. Thus, all the Father's To Be AND Mother....would leave the picture.

I believe every word Anna said on the video with Entertainment Tonight regarding her thoughts of her mother and the abuse Anna suffered. She seemed quite coherent to me.

If the mother wants Her daughter's body....fine...but under the stipulation she takes Daniel's too.

101. Money hungry Mommie Dearest Virgie needs Anna's body so she can take pictures of herself at Anna's grave to sell to the tabloids, just as she did when she went to her grandson Daniel's grave in the Bahama's.

If Virgie really cared about Anna, she would let her rest in peace with Daniel in the Bahamas. Virgie's a rotten mother when Anna was alive and continues to be.

102. This is an outrage. But ANS has caused some of her problems by not making clearer arrangements over the past several years. And since she wanted Howard to make her after death decisions she should have married him versus having a unity type of ceremony. Hind-site is always 20/20.

This gigantic mess should make us all think of what we want after we die or are otherwise unable to make our own decisions. It is clear that ANS wanted to be with her son. May her mother rot in hell.

103. ANS Mother is a *itch! She is claiming she wont beable to put flowers on her grave or go visit her. Did she ever do that while she was living? I get she is the mother, but a mother who didnt give a rats ass while she was alive. She blames everyone for not stopping ANS from taking drugs, what did she do to stop her? absolutly nothing!!! Now she wants to pretend she was this great "Mother" Anybody can be a "mother" dosnt mean she was a good one! She needs to let ANS be with her one and only true love her "Son"

104. Yes, Anna needs to be buried. But, Virgie is her closest blood relative over the age of 18 and should be the one to bury her. She can have Daniel buried next to Anna later. Howard is not related to her at all and manipulated her so that she was isolated and relying only on him. Why would he do that? One word, MONEY. Those who are on Howard's side must not have children or you could understand how a mother would feel about burying her child and not letting a shyster lawyer be in charge of everything. If I thought that someone killed my daughter and grandson, I'd fight like hell to keep the culprit from having any say about anything. Howard is the reason for the family estrangement. Funny how Marshall died,then HKS came into the picture, and that's when Anna became estranged from her family.
I wish she could have seen HKS for what he really is.

105. This Mother did nothing while she was alive. How could you think she wants the best for her now, It,s way too late. My grandmother raised me, My mother across town, Ha. I don,t think Vergie was much of a MOM now was she. Howard Stern was her choice, It should not be our Choice, But hers She trusted him or she would not have stayed with him all these year, Lovers or Not. HER CHOICE TO MAKE. She was powerful she could have gotten drugs anywhere. She didn,t have to keep Howard for that, She cared deeply for him. TRUST probably was a big thing!!!
