Foxy Brown: I'm a Victim of Police Brutality

Foxy Brown claims she was a victim of police brutality during a beauty store bust in Florida nearly two weeks ago.

The rapper held a press conference yesterday, and attacked the Pembroke Pines Police for their alleged treatment of her during her February 15 arrest. The store owner claims Brown went on a violent rampage that included squirting hair glue, knocking over displays and spitting at him.

"The only crime I am guilty of committing is being a young black female celebrity in Broward County," said Brown. "I am the victim of an overzealous police department who engaged in police brutality and a money-hungry store owner whose motives are for me to pay his mortgage on his house and his children's tuition."

Brown added that the store owner barged in on her while she was on the toilet and demanded she leave the store , without giving her the privacy to get dressed. Though Brown went off on the police department and the store owner, she didn't deny the charges they filed against her.

To pretty(?)x2: I would not do business with you. I think your attitude stinks. Also, I am not retired because I don't want to be. My husband owns a very profitable engineering firm; we do quite well -mortgage paid up, 4 children put through college.......

I want to know exactly what you have done for any community - black or white....Have you been to Africa? I haven't, but I do go and help in areas of our country. I have also volunteered as an RN to help people in the Appalacian mountain areas (white) and(Spanish) in El Salvador, assisting Doctors Without Borders, using my own money to get there, as well as my own blacks in New Orleans helping clean up and rebuild.

I am not an Uncle Tom - more like an Uncle Sam - wanting all Americans and all others to have a good life. American civility and good morals are important to me.

And yes, I do like the 4 Tops, O'Jays, Bill Cosby, etc. Better than drug, sex and ho songs; degrading to women and blacks. Wise up, grow up. Don't end up with the "Foxy" attitude. You seem to have a wonderful opportunity with a good educational background and a business. Be the woman that others can pattern themselves after. Foxy is a has-been wanting attention, just like Brittany, Paris, and the others.

Take time to go and do for others. Foxy has it wrong. I will pray that you will eventually get it right. I think you will.

124. I'm not black and I'm not white. First off blacks didn't build America; the way blacks act in America is proven by the racist and absurd comments Farrah has typed. The Native Americans are the people who suffered the most in America but blacks and whites dont care/. They typically focus on each other and forget that there are other races in the US. Blacks only support their culture, and whites do try to support other races but are too focused on the black cause to truly commit to the other races..Equality doesn't mean support only blacks...just saying.

DEEANN, Secondly yes I do help out in my community and with Katrina I provided personal services to the katrina survivors that came to my city.... So dont beat me in the head with your foolish nonsense! I do not have to put the ppl in my race down to make myself feel better!
Charity starts at home so as long as im doing my part in my community thats all that matters.
I am also not bragging just stating and actually I dont think I said anything worthy of bragging rights! I also never claimed to be a millionaire and could care less who is.
