Is it just me, or did any one notice how close Milstein & $tern was in court today? And why diden Milstein orderd a DNA test on baby Danielleynn? Still waiting in Oregon.

Howard K ,and all his lawyers and Dr Perper and god only knows whether the judges are all jews so it is impossible to get money away from them.Howard K has planned the whole thing out for the money and all the other people are afraid of being called anti semitic.

I think it is wonderful that ANS is to buried next to her son. I think Virgie Arthur should go back to Texas and stay there. But we will probably see all kinds of stories and photos of her, ANS, Daniel and Danilynn. That woman did not love her daughter! Virgie is just in it for the money and incredibly think she deserves it!! Remember, just because you give birth not not make you a mother! I think she is a sick and wicked woman. But one day she will be held accountable for the things she has done and so will Howard!! I think the authorities need to test him for drugs and they need to get the baby away from him. Go get her Larry!!

FINALLY!! IT'S ABOUT TIME!! For weeks we have been hearing from people who say they loved Anna Nicole, if they truly loved her wouldn't they want her final wishes carried out? For weeks her "so-called friends" have popped up on every news media source in the country at a time when they should be grieving the loss of their loved one. Instead they are spending their time making a name for themselves. For instance we have Virgie Arthur who Anna referred to as her "birth mother". She did not have a relationship with Anna Nicole, by her own admission (time and time again) she has said that she hasn't seen her daughter in years. Anna Nicole made her feelings about her mother very clear. She hated this woman and wanted nothing to do with her. You could see the anger she felt for her mother in her eyes during the Entertainment Tonight/The Insider interview. The last place Anna Nicole wanted to be buried was anywhere near her mother and I think the judges seen that. We need to look at Anna Nicole's intent and her intent to be buried with the person she loved most in this world was very clear and finally she will be laid to rest where SHE wanted to be. It doesn't matter where her "birth mother" wanted her and the judges finally did what we all hope will happen when we pass away-Anna Nicole's wishes were met. For Virgie Arthur to spend most of the last 2 weeks talking to the media it is clear what she wanted-control, money,and revenge. She needs to stop blaming Howard Stern for driving a wedge between her and her daughter and start looking at herself. Someone doesn't break off all communication for no reason and from what I have seen in the last 2 weeks I don't blame Anna Nicole for wanting to get this leech out of her life. Who goes to the morgue to see their child and brings the media with them? it's all about money to her and I am glad she is not able to control the body because God knows what Virgie would have done with it to make an extra buck. Now how is she going to pay for the lawyers and all these trips?
Then there's Anna's so called bestfriend Jackie H. Another person blaming Howard Stern for keeping Anna from her. If she was really Anna's friend why is she taking the side of the woman Anna hated most in this world-her birth mother. TELL THE TRUTH! ANNA WANTED NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU EITHER! She goes on t.v saying "I'm the kids Godmother" then a few days later said "Anna wanted me to be their Godmother" I don't know if anyone has told her this but just because at one time Anna may have said I want you to be the Godmother to my kids (which is probably not true-since she lied about being their Godmother in the first place) doesn't make you the Godmother. She wasn't even around when Daniel was youner and from the sounds of it she wasn't around when the baby was born. I think it would be cool if Jennifer Lopez was my kids Godmother but that doesn't make J Lo the Godmother. I am getting sick of her on t.v pretending to be Anna's friend. She says Howard Stern is just a money hungry leech, well guess what SO ARE YOU!. All these people come out after Anna died, where were they when she was alive? where were they when Anna needed them? if they were there then maybe this tragedy wouldn't have happened. STOP TRYING TO PROFIT FROM THIS WOMAN'S DEATH! YOUR 15 MINUTES OF FAME WAS UP WEEKS AGO, SO GO CRAWL BACK INTO THE HOLE YOU CAME FROM AND STOP TRYING TO MAKE A NAME FOR YOURSELF. NO ONE IS ISTERESTED IN ANY OF THE LIES YOU WANT TO SPREAD. WE JUST WANT THIS WOMAN BURIED NEXT TO HER SON WHERE SHE BELONGS. If this is what you think friends do after they lose a loved one then it's no wonder Anna wanted nothing to do with you. Anna was much better off without these people. True friends and loving mothers don't profit from tragedy! Here's an idea grieve or pretend to grieve in private. No one wants you to make money off of a woman who wanted nothing to do with you.

A BIG THANK YOU TO THE COURTS AND JUDGES INVOLVED IN THIS CASE. YOU FOLLOWED ANNA'S WISHES AND NOW SHE CAN TRULY REST IN PEACE!!!!!!!

This is a prime example that no matter where you are in life..get your wishes on paper..that way no matter who you leave behind..they can greive instead of battling things out in court...this has been very ugly..it all could have been avoided.

Everybody noticed that. Since the beginning of this mockery trial one could see the open identification between this designated guardian ad liten, Millstein, and the Howard K. Stern band. All these judges, including Millstein, are making Stern’s life a lot easier. They all favored Bahamas for the burial place and they all helped him get away from the DNA paternity test. Obviously, they have reasons to laugh together and rejoice together as we have clearly seen.

This trial has been an eye opener for whoever is interested to know where this country is headed. Something really is not working right in this country. The Judicial system is a mess. Instead of following the laws, some judges bend, manipulate and “interpret" the laws depending on their selfish, corrupt, or biased interest. Family is just a name for photo-up. Self interest and money is the only thing that matter. Drugs are everywhere. Moral ruin is the norm. Money is the only thing that matters.

Why so much concern about Anna body to rest in peace when a lot more important decisions have to be made regarding her vulnerable surviving kid? Anyone know how long Anna Nicole kept the body of his former elder husband, Marshall, when she was battling for her legal rights? Why the Medical Examiner kept pressing and pressing all along to release and bury the body under the guise it was decomposing quickly? Anyone know how long corpses are kept without burial in the US because legal issues need to be debated first? What about Jamie Brown corpse still in the morgue ? That Medical examiner, Mr. Perper, also looks very biased. Coincidentally what that medical examiner wanted, to get the body quickly to Bahamas, no more delays, no more investigation, no more mother debating her rights, is what Howard K. Stern wants.

This country has no more laws. We have judges who, by the way they ruled in this case favoring Howard K. Stern, are absolutely biased and corrupt. On the appeal court, there was a judge who stated over and over to Virgin's lawyer, "but why you only cited the law?" Clearly what matters to them is how to twist the law, how to cherry pick the law depending on what interest they want to uphold. .

It's not wonder why the rest of the world hate us so much. Howard K. Stern, that sinister, greedy, enabler, and potentially murderous character in this saga is getting and will get a lot of money from Anna Nicole’s estate with the Courts blessing. The Florida courts have been his allies. We can see him with that arm of lawyers behind him. How he can pay all those lawyers if, as he stated on the trial, is now borrowing money from his parents? Her only income came from being the enabler, the companion, and the machiavellic character behind Anna Nicole Smith. He stole, is stealing and will steal from Anna Nicole’s estate_ a woman without family.

And what about that vulnerable child at the hand of this man under which two young people died “suddenly" and without warning less than 5 months apart?

Who cares?

I didnt read through all these pages, but I did read a lot, and I have one question, to those who defend Virgie Arthur so staunchly: Has it ever occured to you that the reason Anna left her son with her mother while she tried to make a life for them was because SHE HAD NO CHOICE? What if her only choice was Virgie or foster care (which in texas SUCKS!) ? Talk about being caught between the devil and the deep blue sea. And for those of you who call Anna a liar about the abuse, how do you know? Maybe Virgie had mellowed some by the time her grandson came around. WE will never know. I know that my dad spanked the HELL out of his kids, but he NEVER spanks his grandkids. I have never seen him raise a hand to spank either of my nephews, or my own child, I have to admit that it would be hard to trust a parent unless you could see with your own eyes that they had changed some. But maybe while Anna could see that her mom didnt hurt her kid, she could never forgive Virgie for not helping her as a child. Unfortunately, a lot of abuse goes unreported and "ignored". Maybe this is why Virgie divorced that particular guy (I have actually seen this happen myself, with my SIL). We will never know and Virgie will never acknowledge this, I am sure.

poor Anna, having to go through life with a mother like that. It's know wonder she was so messed up in life. That woman is a sorry excuse of a human being, Send her back to Texas without the dime she came with.

I have read that Virgie had been married a few times and in ? many relationships while ANS was growing up. There are many, many reasons why ANS wanted nothing to do with her mother. ?Physical/Emotional/Sexual abuse-as a child? This would certainly answer why ANS was very insecure and needed to be reassured she was loved and OK. HKS loved ANS , "Unconditionally". That is why she loved Marshall, he was her father figure, the only one she probably ever really had. Although most of us would prefer not to have so much drama in our lives, I choose not to judge ANS to harshly. REST IN PEACE ANNA & DANNY
