31. If only HKS could have been true to his word... I believe he said that as long as he had a breath in his body that Virgie would never lay eyes on Dannielynn. Does this mean HKS is dead? (we should be so lucky) I personally think Ms. Arthur is a pain in the ass and is only doing all of this for book deals, publicity and money. If she really cared about Anna, she would drop all of her nonsense appeals and lay her daughter to rest where she so obviously wanted to be. In the BAHAMAS! And as for the baby... do the damn paternity tests already so this little girl can bond with her REAL father.

He has no job.

He has no prospects of a job. What law firm is going to hire him now?

Everybody and their dog is investigating him.

He's mixed up in 2 questionable, still-under-investigation deaths.

He's being looked at for fraud.

U.S. law enforcements officials are pursuing quesioning in the Bahamas regarding the drug aspect of this sorry saga.

The U.S. IRS is probably beginning to pore over his and his family's records as we speak.

He maintains he was having a sexual relationship with his one and only client, and the California Bar will surely pursue that.

He's being evicted.

He wants, more than anything, to control Dannielynn's money, but guess what? He has to deal with the U.S. courts to do that, and there's still that little matter of his ignoring the U.S. original court order, which won't sit well.

His beloved Marshall-case money will quickly be eaten up by his own legal bills. (All those years of planning, plotting, and waiting ...)

He has no legal documentation of Bahamian property ownership.

He has no legal documentation of Bahamian residency or citizenship.

He didn't officially file for citizen status for Dannielynn.

He has Dannielynn, but not for long.

The birth certificate's validity is now being called into question.

DNA testing is imminent.

38. I PRAY that child welfare has had that baby tested for development strides or lack of. She does not need to be in the care of Howard, Big Moe,and Big Moe's wife. They all had there lengthy conversations BEFORE having the HOTEL call 911 to save her mother, Anna.

The baby could die in their care also. The only thing I thought BIG MOE said on his interview with Greta on Fox was his name. He expects the world to believe he never saw Anna take drugs.

If there was so much abuse ANS would have come forward long ago to spew her story!!!

But I do have to say for all you people that still think that Larry should get custody... I have no doubt that he is the father, but isnt it odd that he last spoke to Anna in May and then didnt pop up again until a month after Dannilynn was born? Like HELLO PEOPLE?! If he wantd anything to do with this child for the RIGHT reasons he would have been insistent on being involved in the babys life all along, before she was even born! He should have been in touch with Anna even if they broke up and enforced paternity and visitation b4 that baby was even born. And no matter what u all think of Howard, he is the only father that baby has ever known so far so to just rip her from his arms would be cruel to her! She lost her mother and will lose the only father SHE has only known- She doesnt know of all the bullshit surrounding her. It should be a gradual thing- Thats what would be best for Dannilynn, not what all u people say based on your personal opinions of the parties involved... God, u people are just as bad

44. I agree, Virgie was in law enforcement for 28 years, involved with the DARE program--OF COURSE she is going to have a huge problem when ANS was stripping and using drugs. Anna cut out anyone who did not go along with her drug use--including Larry B. Most drug addicts behave this way--cutting out the people closest to them in order to keep using. The mother did what any mother would do when a child becomes involved in drugs--it was a sad situation all the way around. I think her intentions are honorable.

Has anyone except me noticed that the only time you heard ANS bashing her Mama was when ANS was doped up (which apparently was 75% of her life)? And what if anything did Virgie ever take from ANS when she got wealthy? NOTHING except what ANS gave her, so she may not be so "money grubbing" as some people say. Their relationship fell apart when ANS started living the drugged up life. What Mama is going to sit by & condone that kind of lifestyle for their child? Especially when the Mama deals with criminals in her occupation. I think we should give Virgie a break.
