I'm pretty certain, based on the demeanor of the lawyers, Opri in particular, that they've settled with SCUMBAG STERN behind the scenes and are just going through the motions and tying up the loose ends.

The child is in another country. she has never set foot so to speak on American soil the Florida courts already ruled that they have no jurisdiction the other day dammit get to the issue at hand!! 36. This case makes me sick. Birkhead is obviously the father - and, luckily, he seems like the most sane guy in the Baby Daddy Sweepstakes. These "judges" need to start putting the baby's wellfare first and foremost. Leaving her with Stern is like issuing her death warrant.

41. Califonia is screwed, the flordia judges won't let Howard or the baby leave the Bahamas and they won't let any DNA be taken. Bahamas say Howard is the father just because the mother said so. Does anyone besides me smell a payoff here?
