Family Judge: No DNA from Dannielynn

451. I JUST HEARD ON LARRY KING THAT APPARENTLY HOWARD K. STERN IS TRYING TO GET MONEY $$$$$$$$$$ IN RETURN FOR THE DNA TEST AND AS I UNDERSTAND THAT HOWARD HAS ALL BUT ADMITTED THAT HE IS NOT THE FATHER AND THAT LARRY BIRKHEAD IS.

THIS IS SO SAD BECAUSE IT SEEMS LIKE HOWARD K. STERN IS JUST SELLING A CHILD FOR MONEY $$$$$$$$$$

I THINK THIS (AND ALL OF HOWARD'S OTHER ACTIONS) JUST PROVE THAT ALL HOWARD K. STERN HAS EVER BEEN AFTER IS THE MONEY $$$$$$$$$.

THE BIOLOGICAL FATHER (AND I THINK IT IS LARRY BIRKHEAD) DESERVES TO HAVE THE DNA TEST DONE IMMEDIATELY AND I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW HOWARD K. STERN HAS ANY RIGHTS TO THE CHILD (HE WAS NOT ANNA'S HUSBAND, IS APPARENTLY NOT THE CHILD'S FATHER, ETC., ETC.).

HOW DOES HOWARD K. STERN DESERVE ANY MONEY AT ALL FOR MASTER MINDING ALL OF THIS???????

455. NEW YEAR'S EVE:

On Larry King tonight, Shane Gibson's father, King Gibson was on the show. He said they took Anna on boat on New Year's Eve.

Larry Bdirthead said the baby was conceived on New Year's Eve. Was Larry on that boat with Anna in the Bahama's on New Year's Eve? Doubt it.

DannieLynn was born on Sept. 7 or 8. And the baby wasn't premature.

She would have had to have been conceived between Thanksgiving and the first or second week of December.

Larry wasn't with Anna then. Seems like the father is either Howard or Ben Thompson. Ben had a vasectomy, but did it work? When did he have this vasectomy? Has this been confirmed?

"Yesterday Larry Birkhead filed a lawsuit demanding that Anna Nicole Smith return to California with Dannielynn Hope for a paternity test. According to E! Online:

Birkhead's lawsuit contains some very "damning" allegations, including the claim that Smith was taking methadone and that her attorney and, as it turns out, love interest, Howard K. Stern, has been facilitating her habit. Smith's ex also accused her of fleeing to the Bahamas to have her baby to avoid being tested for drugs. Birkhead further alleged that Stern is claiming that he is Dannielynn's father for his own financial gain - and that Smith had asked a third man to claim he was the father of her child, only the plan didn't work out because the man in question had already had a vasectomy.

On top of this weirdness, Larry BIRKHEAD IS CLAIMING FULL LEGAL AND PHYSICAL CUSTODY of Anna Nicole Smith's baby, plus he wants both Anna Nicole Smith and Dannielynn Hope to be given FULL DRUG TESTS."

465. Yes, I'll get out of this sick country, when my government pays for me a ticket to get the hell out of here. This country murdered my husband, and this country is protecting the Jews, and the Jews get away with Murder, they killed Anna , and they are responsible for my husbands death.

If there is no Justice in this country, then I want out of this country. If the supreme court judges are corrupt then I want out. Anna s mother is going to get no justice either. Why? When I saw the gross injustice Calif did to me, and my husband, my husband being Tortured and the F B I , ignoring my complaints when they knew it was a cover up murder, I knew then, that some day I would get the Hell out of this country once and for all....
I found Corruption in every branch of our so called justice depts.
It is a sad and harsh reality to know people are being kidnapped and murdered in the US. and Corruption and politics rules.
