Family Judge: No DNA from Dannielynn

61. It's pathetic and sad this hasn't been taken care of yet. I don't think this judge's ruling is actually a bad one though. He punted back to CA, which makes a lot of sense to me. I just hope someone does something.

I too think that it is possible Stern and Birkhead have already settled matters. At least, that's what I hope. No one but lawyers win this way.

62. As I see it, ANS was an unwed mother and unwed mothers have rights too. She moved to the Bahamas to get away from the threats of Birkhead. She apparently did not want him in her life, nor does it appear that she wanted him in her baby's life. She proved this by naming HKS as the baby's father and named her Danielynn Hope, Marshall, Smith, Stern. They will sure have a tough battle getting around those facts. HKS has just as much standing as the biological father in the Bahamas. This judge did the right thing. He has no jurisdiction and I don't believe California has either. It all belongs in the Bahamas. Just my opinion.

64. Howard doesn't have to refuse. Noone is making him. For one thing they are not in true America so our rules and laws don't apply. Howard is holding all the cards and Bahama law is the dealer.

65. Would someone please order a DNA test PLEASE??? Bonding is so important for infants and this little one has already lost her mother. She's being passed around the Bahamas like a hot potato: ENOUGH ALREADY! Is anyone looking out for the interests of this child??? Maybe there's a way for the Guardian Ad Litem to seek a DNA test - surely it is in that child's best interests to find out, under these circumstances, the identity of her biological father. I think (and hope) it is Larry.

70. Hooray!! Thank goodness a court has made the CORRECT ruling. Fla. court will stay out of this. The child resides in the Bahamas - it's in their court. Why have we heard nothing regarding the items STOLEN from Anna's home the night of her death???
Now if only Anna Nicole can be buried next to her son.

75. If, in fact, the baby threw up on Larry, then why isn't he having it tested for dna. Are he and Howie in cahoots? Could it be they know neither is the daddy and they're trying to protect Anna by never allowing the world to know who the baby is? Could it be they know the father is Daniel?
